I come here for lunch fairly often when I'm downtown or ill pick it up for dinner when I head home. I placed an order yesterday online and they were unexpectedly closed when I arrived (computer error caused the order to go through) I called the store today and the gentleman I spoke to was more than willing to remedy the issue however we needed to. So I just went ahead and set another order for pickup today. When we arrived to pick it up the order was made hot and fresh and was still just as delicious when it got home.
I appreciate the willingness to resolve the issue however was necessary and always appreciate the delicious food and will continue to recommend this place to anyone who is in the mood for a delicious meal
This place was perfect for what we were wanting! Smelled it a block away, did not disappoint! Got Alley Fries and a cheese steak, was ready in 5 minutes, and came out great! Post-concert food, so the fact that they were open late worked out perfectly!
what a great little hole (window) in the wall. They have great cheesesteaks, and the french fries are awesome. The servings are huge, and it's a good value for your money. The fried doughnut holes are exceptional as well. It takes about 5 minutes for them to make your food to order, but it's well worth the wait
Looking for something good in the neighborhood? This is the place! Can I tell you this is the epitome of a large fry. The OTR Philly was the best I’ve had in a while. Not to mention the lady and others working were great! Will be back!
Got the original Philly Steak but did Teriyaki Steak.

Very friendly service! Parking to get to it was a bit of a pain, but the sandwich was very good. The bread was fresh. We got a very basic option so I can't comment on the variety of ingredients but this is definitely a gem in downtown Cincinnati. Will be back!
Decent Philly cheese steak. Good fries with cheese and bacon and sour cream! Really nice people working there as well.
Fantastic place, quick & friendly service, sitting outside (only) on the sidewalk was really nice and yes, the proportions were very filling!! 🤠
Very good food, got the OTR without mayonnaise and some fries. Took like 10 mins and I was on my way

I eat here a couple times a week! One of my fav, easy lunch spots. I love to get the potato when I don’t want something too heavy for lunch. You can order all of the items on the menu as a bowl or sandwich. The Philly Cheesesteak is 🔥
