I am really blown away by the amazing customer service I received today! It made me feel like it was 1995 again when going above and beyond was actually a thing. I had just downloaded the app and ordered a meal that had a promotional code. The young lady working drive thru couldn't get the code to work but I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and asked me to pull ahead and she would have her manager look at it. By the time I pulled up to the window the manager was handing me my drink, no questions or even conversation about the code not working. Everyone was all smiles and really happy to do whatever they could to get what I wanted and keep me happy. I haven't experienced this in so long that I was prepared to have to battle it out when I pulled up and it was a very nice suprise when I didn't need to. Food was fresh and tasted great. Its amazing how much easier things can be when someone goes out their way to just be nice. I wish it was like this everywhere still. It would be a much better place. Thanks a bunch for the great experience and positivity. I plan to pass it on.
Good deals in the BK app. I like that you can use the deals and still pay cash. I got a $3 Wednesday whopper, value fries, value drink for $6.40, including tax. The arrangement to pay cash is much better than other fast food mobile apps. Food is always tasty. The staff is friendly and try to be attentive. They got the food quickly and still apologized for the wait. Respect!
This time of day everything was nice and clean. We had issues with food not being made right but they fixed it right away and everybody was super nice.
One of my favorites is Jerry! He always makes sure our order is great! Always helpful an cheerful! Look forward to the drive through in the mornings because of Jerry!
Food was good, service lacked desire employees having conversations with each other and ear buds in for phone conversations had to repeat my order several times
Great experience, Mike the assistant manager took our order and was very kind and helpful, he even suggested the best menu options. We love this restaurant and have been dining here for many years, thanks Mike at BK
As a driver for UE, I pick up here frequently. I also order for myself sometimes. Since the new manager, Mike, took over, the speed and care of service has improved noticeably.
The new mangers name is mike . super funny and always hooks us up with mayonnaise.! he’s really good at getting someone morning laugh in . best experience

After surgery went over grab two Whoppers and some chicken nuggets food was amazing. Cook to order nuggets were great nice gold brown with the nice Krispy cruch. Hit the spot. Need luch or after surgery meal . Come here
