First time at a chipotle in at least a full year, service was super kind and the food was awesome. Idk why i slept on chipotle 😂 portions are massive I’m a happy camper

I generally enjoy Chipotle. I went late at night with some friends and asked for plain white rice, I was expecting to have to pay atleast $2 but the employee only charged me 50 cents! the service was pretty good for how late it was.
It's a chipotle, you usually get the same food and service at them all. When I went to this one, they were a bit light on the portions.
I stopped in and got 2 barito bowels the serving sizes was very big food was great no issues there the lobby part was a little messy Wich can be expected for the amount of ppl that go to this location being right next to universitie of Cincinnati the only bad experience was no ice for ur drink and all the flavors tasted weak like they needed changed including the custom fluid drinks.
Wonderful service! though it is busy, staff members are making sure to get what customer needs. Clean and near maintenance.

My first Chipotle experience was here. They gave samples of the food, and helped me find what I wanted. I have gone back many times and will continue to enjoy the service and food.

I love the food but it’s this one worker who works the cash register, she just seem so rude. She is a heavy set beautiful girl but anytime my boyfriend and I come to get food, she doesn’t greet, she always toss our bag. I don’t want her to get fired but if you’re gonna work in a restaurant, you need to work on your communication skills or she need to work in the kitchen.
