Very tasty chicken pad thai. Very fast and friendly service. I felt the spice rating was pretty accurate, I like spice but didn't want to risk going overboard so I went with a 4/5. I received my takeout order ~5 minutes after I ordered it, very fast service.
Great off the Main Street quick lunch place. Music was tasteful and volume at conversation-capable level. Portion was definitely adequate at good prices. Hot level 2 (of 5) barely left an after tingle, go higher if you like some spice! Friendly staff. Great place!
Overall, the food was ok. The fried tofu was wonderfully crispy and tasted like chicken. I got Pad See Ew with Veggies at the spiciest level. It was not super spicy.
I reserve my 5 star Thai rating to go to Thai Express in Clifton, but for what I was looking for in a work place lunch, this place was great.
The service was very friendly and prompt. The prices were more than reasonable for a sit down Thai lunch place right downtown.
I was with a group of co-workers, and 3 of us split 3 meals - Pork Pad Thai, Schezuan Pork and Massaman Curry. All three were good. I'd say the Massaman was the best!
I asked around the table what everyone would have ranked the restaurant, and the majority was 4 stars, one 3 star. For what you are expecting, a cheap, tasty and fast Thai lunch place, I was more than satisfied. I would definitely return, and I add it to my list of downtown eats I'd go to at work to provide a little spice in my life!
The Pad Thai is good but benefits from a dash of soy sauce and hot peppers. The Pad Kee Mao is flavorful with a generous portion of tofu and vegetables, but my preference is for more noodles, so I'll check out the Pad See Ew next time. Small, low-key dining area, best suited for up to four per table. Impression is the chef caters to business lunch crowd, so if you're used to spicier Thai food don't be afraid to dial up the heat when ordering. Friendly, attentive service.
I get the chicken pad thai from Bangkok for lunch regularly. They're quick, quality is good, portion size is generous and price is good.
If they were open during dinner hours, I'd go here then too, but since they're not, considering checking out Huit down the street if Bangkok has closed for the day or on the weekends.
Given the fact that it is the only Thai restaurant in downtown Cincinnati, it is not too bad. The service is usually quick and most of their food is tasty and very well priced.
One of the better Thai places in the city despite its unassuming and rather franchised appearance. Service however is spotty and their prices keep rising as the business is struggling. Get something "Thai extreme" spicy.
It's hit or miss here. Overall it's good. Sometimes the service is slow and the food is OK. Other times they are fast and the food is great.
Good food and good service..okayish ambiance. I liked that they have veg options in their menu. A good place for lunch/dinner.
