Wasn't able to get delivery for this order at one o'clock on Easter Sunday, but that was totally understandable. My order was ready when I arrived exactly fifteen minutes after ordering, just as advertised. I only saw two employees and they handed me my order without much fanfare or enthusiasm, but I doubt I could have mustered more on a holiday. The pizza was hot and precisely as I order it.
We do carryout from this Pizza Hut bc our delivery store isn't so great! This store is AMAZING! They food is always perfect! Extra cheesy, extra perfect pan!
Good food they got ride of there 2 for 5 they need that back sadly not happening

I have ordered pizza from here to go or for pickup numerous times. I have never had a problem with the food yet. The pizza always looks good! I've gotten pizza at other huts in the area and they're greasy/gross...like cheap pizza. That is not the case here. We have ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesesticks, the pasta boxes, family boxes, wings etc. Its always been good. Typically we order online and pick up. During covid at wintertime it was a bit of a pain. Had to wait outside when there were a lot of customers cuz the inside is so small but typically things are ready when they say they are and you are in/out. I've also done curbside and it went great too. Covid restrictions have lifted now so I haven't had to wait outside since. Staff is always friendly too!
Update: this is still a great location! The staff is always super friendly and amazing. Its so hard to find good staff with true customer service capabilities but this location definitely displays it!! My only wish is that pizza hut had some options for people that eat low car and very low sugar. It's ok though. We get it. Pizza is pizza. My kids still eat here and love it.
The store only had one employee working. Even under extreme pressure of phones ringing, multiple orders going, etc. she was very pleasant and professional. Our pizzas were very good and the employee make an awesome impression. I would hire her in a second.
They have the best bread sticks. My grandson won't eat any other ones but Pizza Huts. We always go to the store in Eastgate by Kroger's. The employees are so nice to my grandson, you see he's autistic and 14 years old and I'm teaching him how be more independent by going in and ordering his own food and paying for it. There great!
I ordered a large and due to sourcing issues they had to provide two medium pies. The manager was incredibly nice and apologetic. In these crazy times, we understood and are happy to have a nice manager at our local Hut. Thanks!
They did not disappoint with the timing of when the pizza would be ready. Also, the Edge that we ordered was just definitely EDGE! very impressed. Glad to see Pizza Hut coming back into the fold with great pizza again. We stopped eating at PH for years because the pizza was just meh for the longest time. Great work in bringing back the great pizza!
The g food was amazing and hot when I got it
the manager is so sweet and nice! ordered our two pizzas and got them in 13 minutes!!! i’ve never gotten pizza that fast anywhere else! definitely will be back! i wish i could rate this store 20 stars !!! not to mention the pizza was delicious! thank you !!
