Great team here! I ordered a large 5 entree mobile order for pickup at 12:10 but got there early to make a change and they were able to make my order early and had my food to me by 11:45! Everyone I interacted with was very kind and they worked so fast! Definitely a chipotle location I would recommend 💯

When I got there the line was at the door. All I wanted was Guacamole and chips. After standing in line for at 5 or 6 minutes just to find out they were out. If they would have let the customers know prior to finding out once reaching the counter to place your order then I could have left and saved my self some time. Poor customer service.

A few months ago, I left an extremely harsh review that was very much deserved. Last week, I went back with my grandkids. The dramatic turnaround in customer service led me to delete my previous review. This trip, the staff was very welcoming, excelled in service and courtesy. The change in attitude was very much noted and appreciated. Bravo!!! Even my grandkids commented with surprise and gratitude
