Haidilao Hot Pot City of Industry

I’ve heard a lot of positive reviews of Haidilao so I was excited to eat here when a friend and I came in a Thursday night after a quick hike at neighboring Schabarum. We walked right in and were seated outside for the patio dining. They do offer takeout. I like the aprons they provide and the service is top-notch. They offer both hot pot and skewers, which are grilled right in your line of sight. The food was delicious but it is pricey. The premise is that you can select however many broths you’d like ( the original mala and pork were solid choices) and can select as many toppings you’d like. The angus short rib combo comes with your standard veggies (but no enoki mushrooms) and a small portion of meat. Get some spam for your mala hot pot and some yam noodles! There was a sweet doughy bread that you dip in icing that we ordered and I had liked a lot. The lamb skewers were small but tasty. They give you generous amounts of ingredients to create your own dipping sauce. Unfortunately no dancing noodles because of covid. They do accept credit cards and I didn’t see any bathrooms available. Parking is easy since it’s right in the Puente Hills Mall. People were smoking but at least you can sit outside. They do serve alcohol. Overall, a fun experience and I’ll go back with my family next time.

The Haidilao Hotpot Restaurant in Puente Hills Mall is the newest addition to Haidilao Hotpot Restaurants. As you walk in to the restaurant you are greeted by the friendly and courteous staff that seats you promptly. The restaurant is brite,open and spacious and your waiter or waitress immediately greets you and answers any questions you may have regarding any of their selections. Haidilao Hotpot features the freshest and highest quality of meats,fish,poultry and vegetables for the hotpot dishes-the selections seem endless at Haidilao and the base soup flavors are in a word-DELICIOUS! We had the delicious Kobe beef,sirloin,scallops,a variety of the freshest and the best tasting fish as well as tofu and vegetables. They also have an extensive variety of ingredients at their sauce bar that is self serve so you can add anything you'd like to for you hotpot meal! It was a great time with friends as we all sat together and created our meal together! The staff was very attentive and always refilled our soup bases and were prompt with all of the ingredients that we ordered. We were very happy with our dinner at Haidilao Hotpot in the Puente Hills Mall. Plenty of free parking,family,child and senior adult friendly-we had great experience at Haidilao Hotpot Restaurant and are looking forward to coming back soon!
