Got some brisket and sausage for dinner, probably the best brisket I’ve had in Louisville, the sausage was good too. Good bark on the brisket and good smoke too.

First, I have to say that the folks at Smokin' Frank's are so far the best caterers I've ever worked with. They love what they do and it shows in their professionalism, excellence of service, and quality of food. I got married at the end of April and had them cater. Not only did they ensure I had the best catering experience, but they went above and beyond; readily stepping in where I needed help in other non-food related aspects of my wedding. They saw to the tiniest details - going out of their way to get little covers for my new husband's and my plates to keep our food warm during pictures. (We had a buffet, and I didn't want to keep our guests waiting for food while we took pictures. At the same time, I was afraid it would all be gone before we were done. This one seemingly small thing alleviated so much stress for me.) Their BBQ is literally some of the best I've had, and the mac and cheese is out of this world. If you get some, make sure to get extra cuz you're gonna want more.

This guy is amazing at what he does. One of the best barbeque places around. I can't wait till you get your store, it's gonna be great. I used to work at the casino and passed this guy everyday to go to work, and today I finally stopped and got some pulled pork and turkey ribs. This is the first time I've had turkey ribs and it's the best turkey I've ever eaten, hands down. If you ever pass by this guy on Main street in New Albany you need to stop and get some food, it's Amazing!!
