I agree with the others who said it needs help. Its a huge building with lots of rooms.it seems to be full most of the time. Therefore, they need many more employees taking care of it. Housekeeping keeps up with the rooms that have been used but don't have enough time for anything else. And I've only seen one maintenance person. And there is so much that needs to be done. The windows don't look like they've ever been washed. And the curtains are pretty bad. The walls in the room really needed to be cleaned floors as well. There was a wasp nest outside the door that I do not like!! Just lots of general upkeep that not having enough staff to handle. Employees are great. Very nice and helpful. And my room was clean enough to stay. But, could have been so much better.

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but decided to keep my reservations anyway. We were in town for my daughter’s travel softball tournament so we only needed the room for 2 nights, and were only in the room long enough to sleep. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had all of the basics we needed. The room a/c worked great, and kept the room cold and comfortable. Check in was super easy, and the front desk clerk was friendly. Perfect for a short stay, especially when you don’t plan to spend significant amount of time at property! I’d stay here again!!

Although the hotel looks older, the price was good and we ended up enjoying our stay. Our beds were clean and comfortable and we slept well. We saw that they had Karaoke in the lounge on Friday nights as well as pool tables. My son and I decided to check it out after we got back from my daughter's softball game. It was great, people were singing and dancing and hanging out. We had a great time. Breakfast was good and they are pet friendly. Crystal and Chastity really helped us out with arranging a late checkout as we were unsure if we were going to need to stay another night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place has personality, we were very happy with our stay.
