This is the best Wendy's I have ever been to. They are actually fast. Get your order right. And they explain what is in each bag as they hand it to you! Great job!!

Second time at this Wendy’s on Ridge Rd Parma! The new loaded burger and loaded were absolutely delicious
The restaurant has a sign that dining room was open, but at 8 PM on a Saturday evening with the drive thru lined with cars, I parked and went to go inside only to find the door locked. So I kat to sit in the drive thru line. But the Strawberry Frosty is wish the wait especially when you mix it with a chocolate frosty as well.
At 750pm July 28th they had the best chili! And service was nice. Give them all more money

Everyone always comes on here to complain...not today son, not today! Carlene went above and beyond. It was customer service like that, that will keep us coming back! Not to mention the food was on point as well!
This is the first Wendy's I have gone to, that was very quick and the order was perfect. Service was great, by (it looked like) high schoolers.
