Just wanted to say thank you to our pizza delivery driver tonight. He came back over to our house with our pop in a snowstorm when he realized it wasn't delivered to the right house. So kind!!!! Please thank him!!!
First time having Papa John's pizza.
The service was stellar from the moment I picked up the pizzas. The taste of the sauce is excellent with the sausage and pepperoni. The taste of the mushroom and olives were fantastic as well. Great crust and no stupid sweet flavor.
I came from N.Y.C and know what great pizza is so I give this location 5 stars. Give them a try and taste superior ingredients.
I ordered online through the app for pickup. My food was done on time, was well cooked, and the pizza was still very hot when I picked it up. This location is awesome have been here a few times now! Love the new papadias as well they are a tasty filling lunch for one!
Literally the best pizza place. My order is always 10/10, food is delicious, the delivery drivers are literally always a joy. I love this location so much.
Food was really hot and I love that! There was no where to sit in the lobby to wait for my food which was uncomfortable but the food made up for it! The doritoes papadia was awesome!
Perfectly and thoroughly cooked made and cooked pizza. Fresh ingredients. Will return for future purchases.
I haven’t even eaten my pizza yet and I’m gonna give this place 5 stars. I just had my pizza delivered by Tim. He is the sweetest, kindest, and most patient person I have had the pleasure of meeting. In 1 min this man handed off my pizza to me and told me all of things he’s done in his life. It only took 60 seconds. As long as Tim delivers my pizza I will order from Papa Johns in Parma Hts. And if you made it this long through reading this review, be kind to others.. even if it means giving 60 seconds of your time. ❤️❤️

My local store is temporarily closed, and this store (the next closest) is unable to deliver to my address in the interim. However, I'd decided to pickup anyway, and David, who I was on the phone with placing my order, went above & beyond in friendliness, service, understanding, and accommodation. Both he and his manager (whose name I neglected to get; this was around 9:30 pm, 8/19/22) were just the best and made everything so easy & amiable. I would have tipped 150% if I could! Give these guys a raise!! <3
Pretty good pizza. Delivery was an hour and 10 minutes instead of 30-40. But somebody from the store called me and said their delivery driver had a flat tire, so I got a discount and pizza got to my place still warm, good temperature to eat. Was no inconvenience for me and the woman from the store that called me was nice. But the ordering over the phone needs to improve, I feel like it was some lady from another country sitting in front of the computer and placing an online order for me, but it still took me no more then 5 min to order. (4m32s to be exact). Would be happier ordering directly from the store.
Customer service are great and New York style pizza are the best
Assistant Manager who helped us tonight was awesome!!! We walked in to place an order and he made the experience very enjoyable! Even took time to make us get the best deal. I was very impressed. Wish I caught his name... But he had an autism supporter tattoo. 😘 On top of excellent customer service, the pizza was delicious!!! Especially the garlic butter. *drool*
