I have used them a few times so far and each time they are polite and courteous. I'm weak to bubble tea and one of the drivers was even considerate enough to wrap the top and lid because of the large hole in top. Tonight I made a mistake and forgot to change my work address to my home address and I called the business number, she was polite and handled my call well. I'll be back to report on that change later! Here's to hoping I my mishap let's me add another great rating.
I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a step up to your regular delivery options. Nothing like pho over pizza!

I love this company. They've been around for years - way before any of the App based delivery services. They are well organized, I can plan my night and meal well in advance, if I want to, and rest assured that everything will be delivered perfectly on time at my scheduled delivery date. Plus, the drivers are always friendly. And I prefer to support locally owned businesses!
I recently started using food delivery services more due to the pandemic. As a fellow small business owner, I also wanted to ensure my purchases stayed as local as possible. I have been impressed with DeliverMeFood's service, and it's a bonus that DeliverMeFood is a Cleveland based company. I haven't had any issues, but I feel that if I did, DeliverMeFood would do their best to resolve any problems based on other reviews. I've had issues with other delivery services where I was told "oh well, it's not our problem" and have ended up calling/going to the food establishment myself to fix the problem. If I'm stuck in the office or need a break from cooking, you guys will be my go to food delivery service! :)
DeliverMeFood customers value our quality service and reputable restaurants. It makes our job easier and more enjoyable when customers greet a familiar face and a receive a careful delivery. Would you rather see a random driver whose only concern is to make a few bucks?
Delivery arrived much sooner than expected. Delivery person was polite and solicitous. He wanted to be sure we were satisfied. The food was delivered correctly, as ordered, and still warm.

We only use DeliverMeFood for our office food deliveries. They have proven to have great customer service, time and time again. Even when a restaurant made an admitted error on our order, and was unwilling to give us a fair credit, DeliverMeFood stepped up to the plate, and gave us an unsolicited credit. DeilverMeFood's service has always been impeccable, deliveries timely and food always hot. And, unlike their competitors, if a restaurant is unable to fulfill something on our order, or if a restaurant is closed, due to COVID-19, Dave calls and asks what we want to do and takes care of it for us, every time! The other delivery services just cancel the order entirely, and do it an hour+ past its original deliver time, and leave you hanging, or the orders are never right or they're cold. Regardless of fault, the couple times we were missing an item (we use them 2-3 times a week), DeliverMeFood either gave us a credit and/or ran back to the restaurant to get what was missing. We think the world of Dave and his team, especially Darrell. If a restaurant isn't on the DeliverMeFood list, we don't get it! I will recommend them every time, nobody does it better!!!
As a driver I consistently get quality orders and the ability to communicate with the customer or dispatcher when a question arises, or an item is out of stock. It makes us much more popular at someone’s front door when we deliver and a more comfortable customer experience.
I work for a company in Cleveland, Ohio and we literally order daily using "Deliver Me Food'. The website is very user friendly, the drivers are quick and very friendly and the owner, Dave, has amazing customer service. I can not say enough how much I rely on them and how accurate/dependable they always are! Thank you Dave for all your hard work. Companys/Owners like you are hard to come by these days!
I recently used DeliverMeFood for the first time and what a great experience. I had a catered party for 28 women, I called DeliverMeFood (fairly late in the planning stage), they were able to put me at ease at the time I made the arrangements.

I’ve driven for doordash, postmates, various pizza shops, and no one is as professional or pays drivers as well as Delivermefood. The owner is reasonable, fair, and passionate about delivering excellent service, so much that he often talks directly with the customer to resolve issues. I earn a livable wage and the customers are loyal and generous.
Mistakes happen, what matters is how they are handled. You won’t talk with a foreign call center, or have a driver eat your food, or get a late delivery without communication as to why/when/how... you will get someone who cares as much about your order as you do.
Support local business and jobs that pay a livable wage, with friendly and quality service.
At my place of business, we only use delivermefood. It feels much more personal to use them rather than ubereats or doordash. I've always struggled with other services, as our location is a bit confusing, but delivermefood has always been able to find us. Delivermefood communicates very well and we've never had any issues. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get food delivered. :)
