Great food, and always great , friendly service. We live in Blue Ridge, GA, and don't have one, not even close. Anytime I'm in Cleveland, that's my opportunity to eat there and something different than typical fast food. Sure wish we had one in Blue Ridge. It would do great there!!
I had the Pick 2 with the half strawberry salad with chicken and cup of onion soup. The soup was served steaming hot, just as I like it. The salad was delicious with fresh greens and berries. The chicken was especially flavorful. Can't wait for our next visit.
I love their food and people! Their cold brew coffee is amazing! I ordered a bacon cheese melt but my sandwich only had cheese and I was already home so I was not about to bring my toddler back out. It sucked but this is the only time this has happened so I’m not to mad about it. Still very good place!
Love our Cleveland Panera!!!! I coming here almost every day and always had good experience with food with people and stuff ! Delicious food and most I love are smiling and hard working stuff always try help and make it wright! Love the culture of Panera , thank you all so much
Potato soup is legendary, however the baguettes were stale sadly...not the first time this has been the case. Don't get me wrong no one will care about bread products being less the fresh in 2020. Still better then most places. Also get a chocolate chipper cookie, and you'll forget all about the baguettes.
While I'm not typically a big fan of large chain restaurants, I must give credit where it's due. The food was fast, hot and enjoyable! I'm also appreciative of the store's cleanliness.
Unfortunately, I could not give a fifth star because of the cashier's. She interrupted us while we were ordering forcing us to repeat the order three times, and her inability to know what artificial sweetener was, seriously.
One of my favorite spots just about everything I try over there is really good customer service is very nice.
Always a good way to start the day.. Fresh coffee and toasted bagels.. friendly professionals staff, use the app curbside pickup, or dine in.
The drive thru was good. Foods were hot and fresh drinks were good.
Cross country Driving to California , and stopping at as many Panera Bread's as possible. This one has been Amazing. Awesome immediate customer service , restrooms were immaculate and our order was done correctly. And At 6:30 am , this was PERFECT. thank you!
