Our server, Erick, was excellent. It was my birthday and he offered a free piece of the best pie I can remember. Great time!
I'm a older guy so I've been around and know quality service. Haven't seen it in a long time till this afternoon. Our waiter, "Q" was outstanding. Restaurants need to video this guy and show it to others on how to take care of customers. Go check this guy's service out and the food was great too. Well done to the manager
I'm writing this review not knowing their staff situation after Covid. I know some restaurants are struggling to find workers. So that said...We stopped in for lunch and there was a light crowd. Service was slow from the get-go. Got the drinks wrong right off the bat (no ice means no ice). Took our orders and when the salads arrived it was with wrong salad dressings. When they brought the meals, my husband's order came with a potato (he ordered fries) and the shrimp was overcooked, which made them tough. My order was fine, I had a pasta dish. So, if this is how they handle a slow lunch, I can't say I would recommend them for supper. Maybe they will improve as time goes by.
The service was excellent and the chicken tenders were delicious. Be warned that the broccoli is really salty, Mac and cheese is basically noodles with semi melted cheese on top, and the steak is nothing to write home about. My daughter had the bacon burger, which she liked and my father in law had the shrimp which he said was good.
They are generally pretty fast with lunches. Food is always good. Only problem is they are out of certain things and sometimes the servers forget to tell you until you order it. Not a huge problem, but maybe a sign in the lobby with items they don't have?
My wife and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time last night 3/18/22 we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good as well but what impressed us the most was our waiter Tyrell. It appeared that they were short staffed. Tyrell seated us was busing the tables taking orders throughout the restaurant and even though he seemed a little overwhelmed he still kept a positive attitude. If I owned a business this is the type of star employee I would want to work for me
