Always great! So far I have never had a bad pizza or bad service at Marco's in Collierville. Eat in and delivery both have been great.
Store manager Sasha in Collierville is great! Always top service and very accommodating!

We are strictly vegetarians. I requested them to change gloves and prepare our pizza away from meat and they happily agreed.
Highlight of Marco's Pizza: I've tried pizzas everywhere in Collierville. All of those had heavy sauce, heavy cheese (irrespective of we choosing normal) which made me nauseous everytime after having them and those had 2 to 3 pieces of toppings in each cut piece.
However, Marco's pizza has extremely light sauce and light cheese and lot of topping pieces and to my surprise I ate a lot without being nauseous. I had my ginger tea after having pizza. Happy tummy!
I haven't been to Marcos pizza in years and it's still good, actually better than I thought. I gotta thin crust Italian sausage,I opened the box and before I knew it I was tearing into it, hence the pic. The lunch special is good, for a 9" pizza and a drink for 9 bucks. Best lunch this week!!

Just got an order of cold pizza and virtually every order was wrong. Called to rectify and they didn’t answer the phone. For 30 minutes! Germantown restaurant manager had to step in to help.

They were going to bring out the items to correct the order. Two hours after we placed the order.
Meanwhile the food was still cold and no one ate together. They never did.
My wife called back today. The manager apologized profusely and admitted they should’ve done better. He also admitted he recently took over from less than stellar previous management. A bit of fixing to be done. Bravo for honesty.
He then comped the bill AND credited our account for next time. Bravo for customer care.
