Typically, a visit at Tbell at 2AM is 0/10, being greeted by angry teenagers who don’t want to work. However, Michelle at this location greeted me with the most superior customer service. I work nights so on an off chance, this is my lunch + dinner being the only FF location open + all grocery stores closed. I’m conditioned as service industry to understand these folks most of the time hate working late, and am often greeted with shortness and a sprinkle of rude (i get it, understandable, I am not complaining) but Michelle is gives customers a reason and expectation to revisit this location. For real, higher ups, she is a gem. I’ve never said this before and unsure if I’ll ever say this again, but thanks Michelle (always!) and thanks tbell.
Very good staff and food, the only downside is they didn't have nacho fries they were out. They did substitute for me which was nice of them. I like this Taco Bell out of all of them
I just left this taco bell and i must say i was very impressed with antonios work ethic performance production adaptibility and customer service. He was taking orders while prepping them, and if a customer came in while he was prepping he showed great customer service by addressing the customers presence and he was also very polite if you ask me he should get a raise
