Seriously, some of the best food i have had in this valley!!! We didn't even get past the appetizers and salads because everything sounded amazing! Im finally excited about another restaurant here!
Our first time here and we were very pleased! The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable! We didn't have reservations but were seated within 5 minutes! It did get crowded so I would recommend making reservations!
Every time I come out to Glacier National Park, this is a must eat at restaurant! Great service and great food. The quality for the price is amazing. I only wish I lived closer and could come out more often.
Awesome! Fresh, delicious .... Awesome!
Fresh, delicious food and good wine. It's a great place. We highly recommend Three Forks!
Check out the specials! We had Tuna which was wonderful and Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. Awesome!
Excellent. We had scallop salad, roasted clams, trout, opa, and the chocolate torte. Everything was delicious, a little bit unusual and inventive, wonderful combinations of flavors. The service was also great.
Gastro Pub Grille with an eye on truly fine cuisine. Cozy and fun and in the heart of Montana ski country. The fresh fried oysters were amazing! The fresh mushroom soup with fresh picked mushrooms is over the top! Highly recommend next time you are in Montana. Three Forks Grille is amazing.
STOP ✋️ right here❗️Absolutely fine dining Montana style. Chef Matt will rock your taste buds... Be sure to ask what the chef specials are. If Bison ribeye with morel mushrooms is available, you better order it. Definitely a local favorite. The scallops are simply amazing 👏. The pork chop 😋 will have you in stitches. Their chicken risotto is so satisfying you will have to fight people from picking off your plate 😄. Enjoy a libation of your choice as they have a plethora to choose from. Don't you fret as the have gluten free options. Have fun, take it all in, relax and top it off with delicious dessert.
Update: Jackie (I think was her name) was an amazing waitress! Loved her sense of humor and banter with me and my family. The food was great, especially the desserts. The chocolate creme brulee was delicately smooth and perfectly chocolatey. VERY small amount, though.
Didn't have shrimp this time so can't comment on mud veins, though. :)
----
The staff were very polite, attentive and nice. I liked the warm atmosphere and folksy music. The food was great - except my shrimp risotto had partial MUD VEIN left in it. I am one that finds that absolutely disgusting, especially when paying a pretty penny for it, so I'm docking a star.
We are locals so we'll give them another chance and hope it was a fluke.
We visited the Three Forks Grille on our first night in Montana. We came due to the great reviews we read. We were not disappointed! Our seating was upstairs overlooking the bar area and it was quiet and comfortable. Our waitress was superb and friendly. The drinks were a glass of white wine and Bloody Mary which were very good. We had the Three Forks Caesar salad that included Romaine Lettuce, Fresh Herbs, Garlic Croutons, Grilled Lemon, Parmesan, House Smoked Rainbow Trout. Out of this world! Entrees for both of us included the Special Risotto with Whitefish, salmon, and shrimp and the Grilled 10oz. Pork Chop with Bacon Jam, Huckleberry BBQ, Yam Mac & Cheese, Charred Broccolini. The risotto was creamy and the fish was perfectly cooked. The pork chop was grilled to a delicious degree and the BBQ sauce added extra depth. Our dessert was the Chocolate and Hazelnut Flourless Torte that capped off a perfect meal. For a taste of the Northwest and an excellent meal, make Three Forks Grille one of your stops while visiting!
We had an amazing dinner here on New Years Eve. The staff was awesome and food was delicious. We will definitely be back!
After a long day hiking we came here for dinner. Our server Sky was so sweet, attentive and hardworking. She was very outgoing and provided above and beyond service. The salad was fresh but lacked taste. The grilled trout and potatoes were good. Nice venue. Clean restaurant
Our hostess helped us have a memorable dinner after a tiring day hiking in the park. Her untiring efforts kept our water glasses full the whole time!
The cuisine was par excellence and explained beautifully by her. Loved the taste of local ingredients prepared with a most sumptuous recipe. Would love to visit again and again. Highly recommended! Thank you!
Our server Jacqui took our experience to the next level! She was friendly, accommodating, and took such excellent care of us. She made sure we had an outstanding time - and we did! The food was great, the atmosphere very cozy yet modern, the menu and drinks well crafted, and of course the service was above and beyond. Also quick shutout to Tim - we shared the lift on closing day at whitefish this April, and that's when we learned about three forks. So glad we did!
