Exceptional food and staff. It may be several weeks or months before I am on that side of town, but every time the staff recognizes me and treats me like family. Every time. I can think of NO OTHER place that gives that kind of service. Plus the food is top-notch. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce today and it literally melted in my mouth. So tender and the sauce was out-of-this-world. I cannot say enough good things about this PARTICULAR location. The consistency of their service, staff, and quality of food keeps me coming back. I have been to the other location (two notch) and everything there completely sucked and I will never ever go back there.

I ate the chicken parm. It was pretty good for fast food. The customer service was great. Very friendly and quick service. I would try it again. We used to have one in my town and it closed down for some reason. I would recommend it to a friend. A little pricey but I guess that's the way it is now a day.

Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and it didn’t take forever to get it to us. I loved this place, they just earned a new loyal customer!
