I went in 5 minutes before they closed and they happily served me. The food was pretty good but the service was great! Maybe it was because I was the only one in there but I had a great conversation with the chef.
I've only ever gotten take out from here, but it is absolutely delicious. Their menu options are great and the prices are really good for what you get. I only wish they had better hours.

Went to try this little place because of great reviews. It was fabulous! Great taste in every bite. Had Vietnamese chicken dish and shrimp summer rolls.
Tucked away. Mikino's is an unpretentious little family restaurant. The decor is nothing special, so you know it's been open so long because of the quality of their food. Their hibachi scallops are excellent, as are the Vietnamese Bun dishes. A recent special of Pad Thai was very tasty and well prepared. Love the spring rolls with shrimp and the peanut dipping sauce that accompanies them. Large portions at very reasonable prices.
Deserving of its score!. Ate there tonight with the wife on a quick trip to Columbia. I ordered the Bon Tum (I think...the shrimp one) and my wife got hibachi shrimp. We liked both dishes and couldn't decide which was our favorite. The fried rice is very good that comes with the food. We had the soup instead of salad. I thought it was alright (a touch salty). Overall, great food at a great price!
Found out about this on urbanspoon--you won't find it in a brochure or visitors guide. As my boyfriend & I are from out of town, we were pleasantly surprised to find such a great and affordable Asian restaurant. I had Hibachi Pineapple Chicken, he had Bun Bo. Both dishes were amazing and the portions were surprisingly large for the price. His Bun Bo had an awesome cucumber flavor due to the julienned cukes mixed with the rice noodles. Whatever sauce was on the side was unfamiliar, but tasty. I loved the pineapple flavor mixed with my chicken, veggies & fried rice. We also each had a bowl of Homemade Soup, broth with green onions & shrooms.
The place isn't much to look at, but it's clean and the food comes out fast. We will definitely make this one of our haunts when we move to the area soon.
Hidden gem. Great little place in the st Andrews area . Its a normal hibachi grill during the day and hibachi and Vietnamese food at night
went there for lunch last week and got the lunch special of Teriyaki chicken hibachi it also came with a salad.
The hibachi lunch was really good, think of Tokyo grill but ten fold better . the restaurant is no much to look at inside but lunch was great , with very little wait time . The lunch special was only 5.69 and still had food left over to take home . Will be back

Yummy Vietnamese Bun Bo. We have eaten here for years. We love all their food but are especially fond of the Vietnamese menu and their Spring Rolls. We go back again and again. I just placed a to-go order. I can't wait for my husband to get here with it.

This place is amazing! we traveled to the area for the day and had lunch here. We had the vegetable egg rolls, pork dumplings, teriyaki steak and shrimp, and Hawaiian chicken. First of all, each dish was served hot and fresh in less that 15 minutes. The teriyaki steak and shrimp was average, the egg rolls and dumplings were amazing with flavor, and my GOD, the Hawaiian Chicken was hands down THE BEST FOOD restaurant for that I've ever had in my 43 years! The pineapples and peppers complimented one another perfectly!! It was so good that I placed an order to go to take to my mom back in Augusta. She absolutely LOVED it!!! Definitely check them out!!!

Food is amazing. This place is a hidden gem and a must go. I've been eating here for years cause it's cheap and bussin every time. Also the staff is dope and they cook your food fast too.
I always order pickup from Mikinos and have never been disappointed. Food is always hot, the portions are never stingy, and the flavor is phenomenal. You won’t be disappointed by anything on the menu.
I've been eating the Teriyaki here for a decade or two, and we've never had a bad experience! I got adventurous and tried the Pad Thai last night, and it was amazing!
This place has been here forever. The atmosphere is simple and a bit dated, but the attraction is the great food and service, and the prices are very reasonable.
