Wise Guys Pizza

We are from out of town, visiting family in the hospital. Was really craving some good pizza. They say hole-in-the-wall restaurants usually have the best food. That's exactly what this place is. At least as an out-of-towner, it felt like a secret place. It's in the back room of a bar, and they literally have a counter and a window that you can see a giant kitchen through. The food.... Oh my God. I got a 10" order of cheese sticks and a 14" deep dish supreme. The smell that hit me when they put my food on the counter was like nothing I've smelled before. My mouth instantly watered. I didn't get to start eating my food for about an hour after I got it. It was somehow still hot, and let me tell you, that was the absolute best pizza I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Every bite was perfect. The crust was incredible. The cheese sticks were basically a giant pile of melted mozzarella with garlic and a little bread. I say that in a good way. They were amazing. We stuck the pizza in our hotel fridge and had some cold for breakfast today. I don't know how their pizza improved in the refrigerator overnight, but somehow it did. If you get a chance to visit this place, do it. I'm sure all the locals are like "yeah, Wiseguys, everyone knows that place" but I'm going to call it a secret restaurant anyway. 10/10, will absolutely miss this pizza when I go home.
