We were going to go the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my birthday. But they wouldn’t allow a reservation. So we showed up an hour early trying to beat a rush. We failed. My husband ran in Brios as a last minute resort. We were sure we’d be turned away. But as he explained the situation to the hostess, a man walked up said, I’ll take care of it! That man was our server all night. A party of 15, with 3 of them kids 12 and under. The way he interacted with the kids, brought them pizza dough to play with, was so gentle and wonderful! He was amazing all evening and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner! Thank you all for a wonderful experience! And last minute! So great!

This is a very nice place in Easton. The atmosphere is great, the service is very very good. The food was also tasty and large portion We tried the limoncello lemonade, the chicken Marsala, the Italian steak, the warm chocolate cake and the tiramisu. All were really good The view is fun as well and they have indoors and outdoors seating areas

If you go and are pregnant please note most of the sauces are made using wine. Very good restaurant. Food is legit, do not expect olive garden type dishes. These are made with real tomatoes, and cream sauces...
