It's not very often that I interact with the employees because I typically order mobile. However my Venti Iced Americano is always bold and cold just like I like it. It's also a bit more convenient than the other locations despite only on street parking. Always remember to use the revolving door!
The staff are very friendly at this location. I am new to working in the building and I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! Staff members are very quick and efficient. Great service and recommend this location all around!
I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations, but I have NEVER had as good of service as I had here! Honestly, I probably haven’t had service as good as this in any other business either. It was truly exceptional! My friend and I couldn’t decide what to get, and the barista found the perfect drinks for us based on what we both liked. She was funny, knowledgeable and just really personable! I didn’t get her name, but she referred to herself as “the Alchemist.” We’ll definitely be coming back!
Wonderfully friendly and polite baristas. They were having some issues regarding accepting Starbucks cards while they were still in the process of fully opening, but you could still get your stars by contacting Starbucks. Now that they are established they accept gold cards and other gift cards.
The one disappointing thing about this location - and it's not one they have any power over - is that can't accept Star Rewards, similar to Starbucks inside theme parks and some other businesses.
Nice unique little Starbucks located in the historical LeVeque Tower. The workers are very friendly and make awesome drinks.
Every time I come here this store makes me feel important. The employees are super sweet. Will give a little conversation to hold you while you wait. Beautiful smiles with the service. I'm happy to be a customer here!
This is my preferred Starbucks..I go at least three times a week. The staff is awesome! I wish that the Rewards app was used at full capacity here. I can use it for purchases, but I'm not able to leave a tip from the app.
Very friendly staff, they always have a smile on their faces no matter how busy they get. Kwasi always puts a smile on my face. He is the best. I'll be upset if he ever leaves.
Visited today at 12:15 and the barista was so nice and informative! Definitely impressed me with her customer service. (Drink was good too!-maple pecan latte w/almond milk)
It's a Starbucks. Nothing terribly special except that its in the coolest building in Columbus. You have to go into the LeVeque lobby to get into Starbucks. Walking off the street into LeVeque tower felt like I walked into a hotel lobby in New York City. The location makes this Starbucks worth a stop in, simply to have a reason to enter the lobby of this iconic building. The baristas were also very nice.
