Love their pizza, hate how when you call now you're routed to someone in a foreign country who can barely speak English. Seriously Donatos? Do better.
Meh, I’m really tired of Donatos at work when the boss orders the same thing every time… but their Hot Honey Italian Pizza on Hand-Tossed is pretty good.
Great pizza. Thin crust, cooked well. Called about 30 minutes before closing and they delivered no problem.
My family ordered donatos tonight online and I accidentally put it on as curb side pick up instead of delivery. I talked to a nice man on the phone who set it up as delivery for me AND my order came to my home before the pick up time. Our food was hot and my salad was fresh even though we ordered about 9:30pm. Great job Donatos and we will definitely order from here again!
My order was incorrect, didn't realize until we got home. I called and, without hesitation, they apologized and gave me the option to remake it or add the credit back to my account! Awesome customer service outweighs perfect for every time (this is the only time we've had an issue in the two years we've been ordering from them! Highly recommend!
Updating my 1 star review. There have been positive changes at this Donatos! Now the food is always good and correct. Delivery is fast as well. Glad they got their act together.
It's 40 minutes before the Buckeyes play their first game of the season. My Donato's is ROCKING busy! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Counter girl is the best! The team behind the scenes is ripping along. Pickup rules! Came in ten minute after calling in my order and its hot and ready to go! Love You Guys!!! Thanks! Go Bucks!
Always quality....we have been getting pizza from this location for 15 years and we've never had a bad experience. I don't understand the low reviews at all. GREAT delivery times too!
Great food, professional staff and we constantly have a positive customer experience! Always a polite voice on the phone when calling in, very efficient turn around with online orders and a friendly smile when picking up or dining in. I'm very impressed with the manager and how she leads/cares for her team, customers and community! I highly recommend choosing and supporting our local Donatos!
