Emma was fantastic and did a great job of helping me when needed and also seemed to be doing a ton of other stuff. What a great asset to the store.
Food is good as always. I had the special spicy cheese that kicks it up a notch.
I am visiting Columbus from Cincinnati and was hesitant to get Skyline out of my city but I am impressed! This restaurant had excellent service and was very clean. I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and the manger came around twice during my visit and offered me additional crackers and refills, even after I had finished my meal and was just killing time. I have been to many skylines where there is cheese all over the floor but this restaurant was kept spotless.
Amazing! Cincinnati chili is a tradition in our household! This was my first time at an actual Skyline and I’m not disappointed. Tastes just like my mamas. 😍 Shane and Emily, you guys are awesome!!! Thank you for awesome service and delicious food! ♥️

This has been the best Skyline I have ever had the pleasure to partake from. I was sadly informed this week that this location is closing. I will greatly miss this location and its incredible team of top tier employees. I have never had an incorrect order from them the entire 4 years I've lived in Columbus. The manager is so stellar, upbeat and a great customer service expert. These folks always make me feel like I am the best part of their day, which makes them mine. I love you all and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

We had to try the chili over spaghetti... No such thing in Texas.
It was good, but will take some getting used to, hence my 4-star, not because of the restaurant.
The restaurant was clean and the waitstaff was pleasant and attentive.
one of the best in town. Emily in the drive through was so friendly. Double checked my order and gave me the right amount of hot sauce on the side. Keep up the fantastic service.
Wonderful team service efforts from all the staff regardless of position. Great customer service, very fast delivery of food. Enjoyed. Have been to this location before so we came again today and will be back again at the next opportunity. Great location, easy signage, close to Interstate but not too close.oh, and the BEST Chili!!!
Staff was amazing and you can see everybody following safety guidelines from your table! The food is fresh and steaming when you get it. This location is one of the best SkyLine Chili’s I’ve been to.
