Went today for the first time, the staff were kind and polite. The food was amazing as well. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
I ordered a pair coming with small size sub and a cup of potato soup. The hook and ladder sub tasted amazing with great sweet mustard and fresh vegetables. The soup makes the combo nutritionally balanced. Firehouse is an amazing sandwich brand!
Great place, our fire department has received grants from these guys. I guess when I'm in the area I feel obligated to repay the favor and support them! Thank you and keep up the good work!! Great food and great place!!
Yes everything was wonderful . Greeted as soon we walked in . Really nice people working in there very friendly. Fast service and always delicious.
TBH the service is great and everybody is nice and courteous and the food is great. However, I always seem to have trouble with my pickle(s) when I go here. I’ll either say “yes, I want the pickle on the side” or ask for an extra one. What can I say, I love me some pickles lol. Every time I get my food, I either don’t have any pickle or they forget the extra one. I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble or get an apology or anything cuz it’s really not that big of a dill... I just wanted to suggest maybe putting a reminder at the end of the line to check pickle preference on each order.
Great service. Even better food . Will be back as this was my first time going to firehouse. The bread (wheat) was soft and delicious and with the melted cheese on the turkey, bacon sub I was surprisingly full with just the medium size sun. Can’t wait to try the other subs !
The food here never disappoints. Great subs, friendly staff. One of the best "fast food" options out there.
Ordered curbside, but my order was ready fast! And I gotta say, the Club on a Sub is delicious!!
The two ladies working when I went were great. Cashier was super friendly and the one fixing food was fast and efficient. I had a sub, salad, and chips and everything was delicious.
Love the food and the fact that a percentage goes to the local fire fighters
