So, 12/17/2023 I witnessed how kind the staff here can be despite upset customers throwing insults at them. Say what you want to about how this place operates, but the care and concern that I witnessed in the face of insults deserves to be called out. The young lady who handled the customer deserves endless praise.
Papa John’s does a great job of being Papa Johns; solid quality pizza for a fair price and quick turn around.
There are plenty of online deals available, ordering online is easy, accurate, and I opted to receive SMS texts on the status of my order which was done ahead of the estimated time. A wonderful dinner solution when you need something simple.
We order from this location at least twice a month, for the last 4-5 years. We have a Big Family and usually order five large pizza's for a Future time delivery order. They have always been on time + or - 5 min. and have always been hot. I can only remember one time where they sent out one wrong pizza and when I called the store and spoke with the manager he had the correct one delivered with in 20 min at no charge. We will continue to order from this location .
At the end of the day you order Papa Johns for the value. But I’ve been amazed by the delivery speed at this location, 25 minutes or less every time we order. Last weekend my wife almost burned her hand from the steam coming out of the box, couldn’t have been more than 15 minutes from the second I ordered. Keep it up!
To the gentleman tonight saving my butt, accidentally ordered from a different papa John's which I've never done just allowed the website to use my location. He made me a bigger pizza and paid for me, my nephews said it was the best!!! I owe you big time!!!
