I do not get to eat Krystal’s that often so I stop when I can when we travel. Staff was super nice, fast and curtious. Would stop by again if in the area.

Drive thru was backed up, but it was 12:30 at night, and the only drive thru open except another place. The staff was very friendly. One of the ladies came out to let me know that they did not have cheese so if that's what I wanted she was just letting me know before I waited in line so that I could decide whether to order something else or to go ahead and leave. When I got to the window, I did have to give my order again, and they needed to cook my chicks fresh. I parked and waited for them to bring my food out. It was actually really good hot and fresh. I did wait about 30 minutes almost to go through drive-thru order and get my food. That is why I took off a star. The friendliness of the staff and freshness of the food made up for the wait.
