This place was probably the best Philly cheesesteak sandwich I've ever had! The perfect doneness, perfectly seasoned. This thing was so good I held back getting another. The location is right by the beach and also close to nearby attractions. I most definitely will be.
First off “GO BIRDS!!!!”. Now that that’s out of the way. Yo Philly is the real deal (other than physically being in Philly). Good food, great service, phenomenal atmosphere. I grew up in the burbs outside Northeast Philadelphia and worked in a Pizza shop while in high school (a few decades ago). Life has taken me to a few places around the world and this shop is awesome. Yo Nick (and team) keep up the legacy, the good food and the great service.
An absolute must! Food was fantastic and the service/staff are so nice and welcoming. I got the Philly Special and couldn’t finish it, it was loaded and delicious. Cannoli were so good too! My favorite part of course was all the Philadelphia memorabilia 💚 Go Birds!

This place is awesome my son told me that I needed to try it out said ok ill try it well to our surprise we were greeted at the door and smelled amazing fresh food great selection great deals awesome customer service love the old school collection of football yet I myself WWF/WWE fan wrestling is my son's best Thank you for the great company and food
So, my girlfriend and I live in San Antonio and sometimes we take little day trips to Corpus Beach when we're both off of work. We had passed this place before and it caught my eye, but we never stopped in. We decided today to give it a shot and man oh MAN. This is a MUST for anyone in the area. Best Cheesesteak we've had in South Texas. Perfectly seasoned fries. Large portion size. The dude working the line was super cool and friendly. Really fun decor and atmosphere. Overall, I just wish there was a 6 star option. A new must stop place for us when in the area.
In my area we have a guy that is the king of the Philly Cheese Steak. I believe these guys might be related Well well well ... we stepped in to see what this place had and it was all that and more. The staff was nice. The food was good and the cooks were great people. I feel bad saying this but I think this guy takes the crown for the meanest cheese steak around. I wish I could have taken a picture of my food when I first got it but I had already ate one half of the sandwich before I took the picture. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

My spouse comes to Corpus Christi quite a few times for work and always talks about Yo’s Philly. I came down with him this time, I got the roast beef (but with Philly cheese steak meat) Delicious!! The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is great! Definitely will be back!
A legit Philly Special
The atmosphere is what you expect from a home away from home. Philly sports memorabilia everywhere. The right vibe.
We ordered a cheesesteak with onions and a side of fries.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Nick the owner. Talked Philly, the eagles and the business. He then took our number down and told us he’d hit us up for parties and events. He then treated us with some cannoli. It was dope. A down to earth, good dude.
We will def be back.
