Silverado smokehouse is amazing! The food is always fresh. My favorite is the smoked chicken, but everything is good. The BBQ sauce is delicious, but you don't even need it on the meats since they are bursting with flavor 😋 They have free soft serve ice cream.
There is plenty of parking. The staff is hit or miss with friendliness.

First time visit...brisket/sausage plate with potato salad and beans was very tasty. Brisket was a bit dry, sides were plentiful.

The food was amazing! Ribs fell right off the bone & the brisket could be cut w a fork. Green beans were wonderful. It was all so good I forgot to take a picture until we had already started eating. The restaurant itself was spotless.
I haven’t been here in so long and the food is still amazing. The food had a great flavor to it and they even have ice cream. The service feels comforting, it’s a great place for a quick meal.
The brisket was dry :( not my favorite. Beef rib was ok, mash potatos a lil bit dry too.
Overall great ribs and brisket.. really wanted to try the Beef Ribs but they sold out by 12:30. One of the best in Corpus… great tasting sides and corn rolls. Worth the visit when needing the bbq fix
I liked the bbq. Wasn’t the best I’ve ever had as I’ve been all over Texas, but it’s pretty top notch compared to other bbq places in the area. The ribs were alright. I love how they just fell off the bone, but I do wish it had a bit more seasoning. The chicken tasted good. Mac and cheese, green beans were pretty yum. Corn bread was a bit dry but still tasted good. Overall, probably will be one of my go to barbecue places here in town. I haven’t found a place I was a fan of until I tried this place.
We showed up at 1:00 pm, plenty of seats open and the place was clean. I got the 1/2 chicken with a side of pinto beans and potato salad and finished it off with a piece of pecan pie and some ice cream. The chicken was tender and delicious, and the sides are always good. There is also a condiment bar where you can serve yourself with, lemons, onions, jalapenos, pickles, and pico de gallo. Don't miss out on the complementary soft serve ice cream. This is one of our regular BBQ stops and has been for years. You just can't miss no matter what you get, beef ribs, pork ribs, brisquet, and when I'm really trying to watch my weight or just want a change their smoked turkey breast is always tender and delicious.
Let me tell you, I have a family of 6. I got the six shooter and an extra slab of ribs while also increasing the cup size for the sides and I came out spending much less than what I would have, had I took my family to a restaurant. The food and service were so good that I went back the following Friday and spent less. You figure it out. But I definitely recommend this spot for individual or big family eating for sure.
I got a Frito pie today , it was delicious. They use chopped beef , Fritos on the bottom , and cheddar cheese, and I get extra sauce. They also give you sour cream. I only ate half and took the rest home. I really loved it, and it was not too busy , which does not matter as it is a walk the line and pick your food.
