Perfect place for everyone, any time of the day! We sat on the second floor outside, and enjoyed coffee and treats! We were able to see the water from there! The have a large menu, and even had items that were keto friendly. The staff was very friendly, and service was fast! The art inside is a must see! What a great idea for the island! It’s definitely worth checking it out, you won’t be disappointed 😊

So I wanted to like this place way more than 4 stars! The atmosphere is great the people were friendly but the coffee.... :/ I ordered an iced latte... I watched the girl pour what looked like room temp iced coffee from a pitcher over some ice and then pour in some milk. Instantly watered down ice coffee with a splash of milk is not a latte. Especially not for 7 bucks... Sorry if it sounds over critical but it's a coffee shop, you have one job.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Island Joe's Coffee Company in Corpus Christi, and I must say it was an amazing experience. Tucked away in the city, this charming coffee shop proved to be a true gem. From the moment I walked in, the cozy and inviting atmosphere caught my attention. The staff was warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, creating a delightful and comforting ambiance. Speaking of coffee, Island Joe's offers a delightful array of flavors and blends that cater to every coffee lover's taste. I had the pleasure of trying their Frozen Tidal Wave drink, and it was simply delightful. The perfect balance of rich coffee flavor and icy goodness made it a refreshing treat, especially on a warm day. The skillful blending of flavors showcased the expertise and passion of the baristas. To accompany my coffee, I decided to try their sausage kolache, and it was a delectable choice. The kolache was freshly baked, with a light and fluffy texture that complemented the savory sausage filling perfectly. Each bite was a burst of flavor, leaving me completely satisfied. The attention to detail and quality ingredients at Island Joe's Coffee Company are truly commendable. It's evident that they take pride in their craft and strive to deliver exceptional products to their customers. Beyond the delightful coffee and food, Island Joe's is a place where you can relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. The seating options are comfortable, and the laid-back atmosphere encourages you to unwind and savor your beverage.

Very high marks; they are doing things right! I had the Costa Rican blend drip and single shot of espresso from their machine, in which the barista has to actually "pull a shot." Not many places consistently put out great espresso, let alone having to manually pull 'em, and this shot was nearly 100% there, just a touch sour at first, but not bitter nor burnt, dried fruit and dark chocolate with lovely sweet finish and incredibly pleasant aftertaste-- most impressive shot I have had this calendar year! The CSTR black drip was also incredibly well dialed-in, both hot and cold and even paired well following the shot and that hardly ever happens, twas seamless! Too early for me to try the food, will do that next time 'round! 10/10 would recomm. and yes, I did get a mug! -09DEC23

I made sure to come to this page to leave a review based on my experience. Went yesterday to check out this business and my wife and I were very pleased. The staff were very educational regarding their options and really helped us figure out what we should order. Someone else was behind the counter who looked like the owner or manager and she made sure to wish me a Happy Birthday and ask how we enjoyed the service. Those little things go a long way for someone like me who cares about quality service. I would highly recommend this business for their products, staff and the environment!
