I had been hearing about this place for years but never had the opportunity to eat here until last night, and WOW!! The food her is amazing. Best sushi I have ever had! It was fresh and tasty and exactly what I wanted. The egg drop soup was out of this world, and the sake was unbelievable. I thought after everything we ordered, our bill was going to be outrageous, but it was very reasonable. The owners are so hospitable, and the staff is so friendly, and everyone helps each other out, so customers are always first. We will definitely be returning for many years to come.
Owner and staff are fantastic. Everyone has the most vibrant personality and so helpful. Such a rarity! This was my second visit here and I am in from out of town. The rolls are fresh and Judy is a beautiful host and wants everything to be perfect and makes the most delicious suggestions from their menu. I also ordered the combination fried rice and the amount of protein is unbelievable. Huge shrimp and tender beef and HUGE portion. Cannot wait for my friends to try it!! You will not be disappointed. I read a comment about the Chinese food and my last visit, a friend ordered a chinese dish and it was huge and delicious. I personally like to acknowledge if I am displeased and and hope they can replace the dish or situation before I leave a bad review. You cannot fix it if you do not know it needs fixing :-).
Our waitress Olivya did an awesome job. She gave us recommendations for sushi rolls, and they were all good! They were a little busy but the food came out quick. It's a little pricey but it was worth it.
The reviews were correct. First time in Corpus Christi and this was hands down the best sushi we’ve ever had. The Kill Bill Roll was like heaven. Great vibe, tons of rolls or other food to choose from (Chinese, Korean, etc. ), great service, prompt seating. Would go here in a heartbeat again next time I’m here. 5/5 would recommend.
This food is unlike anything I’ve ever eaten. Wow!! Best Asian food in the Coastal Bend and maybe all of Texas. We did Korean and Chinese and sushi. All very delicious.
For starters, we did pot stickers, egg rolls, edamame, and crab rangoons. Everything was uniquely awesome in its own way. For example, the rangoons are made in house all authentic ingredients, not fake crab.
You won’t be disappointed!
My favorite place to eat at. I love it and i never get tired of it. Best sesame chicken i ever ate and the 🍣 is amazing. I cant wait to go back again soon and try something new
I always love going here. Food is delicious, and comes out fast. Staff has always been nice and attentive. It's not a bougie style place or a run down hole in the wall, it's the perfect in between. It's nice and clean, the atmosphere is good but it's not something you go for. You go for the good food, really really good food.
Excellent food! I didn't expect to be paying so much tho. And the bulgogi roll isn't super great. But the Alaskan specialty roll is amazing! Also they have mochi; nobody has posted a pic on Google reviews so here ya go!
Get environment, good music. Server was very friendly and attentive. The chuck roll was SUPER spicy. They must use extra fresh jalapeños! 🤣
I was un-decisive about what I wanted from the menu because I really enjoy sashimi but I was kind of in the mood for a sushi roll and then I came to the part of the menu where they had the “chuck” and that combined the best of both worlds. However, the “chuck” is a little spicy so next time I come I will ask for mild but I will definitely have this again😍
