I dont understand why the rating is low on this place... the pho is the best in corpus literally.. giving it a 1 cuse your table was a bit dirty.... common they usually have 1 waiter cut them some slack...either way if you want the best pho this is the place ---- hudat doesnt even come close
I had the Vermicelli noodle bowl with chargrilled beef. AWESOME! The noodles were tasty with the right texture. The lettuce and bean sprouts were fresh and crisp. They put on just enough peanuts to enhance the flavor, not to overwhelm it. The beef was grilled perfectly and then thin sliced. Delicious meal!
This place is great. Love it. I have been eating at this place for a very long time. If you leave a bad review about this place your sadly mistaken GUELO757. Always fresh always on point always great food. Do not go off of the bad reviews go in see for your self what a great place this is to eat good, made fresh, never frozen food. You will not find a better place in town to eat Vietnamese food!
We love this place! We have followed Zoe and her cooking around Corpus for nearly a decade. They serve fresh, flavorful and healthy food and additionally offer a vegetarian menu. My ex-wife and I always order their Garlic Tofu, Pho and steamed dumplings as an appetizer. While there are many delicious items to choose from, we always find ourselves coming back to this combination.
We Love the food. I took my dad,son and sister out for lunch. Vary good service and food didn't take long at all. Will be going back again pictures are the Ramen bowl and the #26
Garlic tofu is one of my favorites. Not many people say mmmm, tofu, but they have to tried this dish.
So so good!! Portion size is not a problem here. Super affordable menu. You will not be disappointed!
From the begining, looking at a picture of the place from Google, it looked a bit run down, however, we were extremely surprised. Not only was the place very nice and tucked away, but the food is absolutely wonderful. My dad is extremely picky about his foreign food having been taught to cook in the Philippines, but he was extremely happy with what we got. Everything is cooked well and tasted amazing. Service is kinda light. Make sure you order everything you want in the first time or two she comes by, because she doesn't come around much once your food arrives. But that didn't bother us at all. We will be recommending this place to all of our friends and will definitely be coming back. We are glad we chose this over a steak house for my dad's birthday. Also very reasonably priced.
I came in and asked to see the menu before being seated. The super chill guy hosting obliged and I quickly decided this was the place for me after seeing the variety of vegetable included in the <$10 stir fry. I asked for a booth, declined the water, and ordered the stir fry with chicken right away. Seconds later the chef politely informed me that I could have beef, shrimp, or any mix of the three. I declined, but was very appreciative of his consideration. In no time my food was hot and ready in front of me. Absolutely delicious.... A hearty plate of: Broccoli, peppers, carrots, onion, celery, peas and chicken with rice on the side. Amazing deal and very pleasant environment. Full on acoustic lyricless renditions of alternative Rock on the house music and beautiful artwork sealed the deal... I'm coming back for more!
The food was very tasty, but the pork I ordered was a little tough.

I come here at least once a week and it never disappoints. The Stir Fried Ramen is my favorite dish, and I have brought my friends here who are not fond of Asian food and they loved it. Every time I have gone the restaurant has been spotless, and I have never had a reason to be concerned about the restaurants cleanliness. The fried egg rolls are probably the best you can find in Corpus and the staff has always been super friendly. Pho Saigon is probably one of the best restaurants in Corpus.
Casual dining experience. Shrimp spring rolls nice and fresh. Loved my Vietnamese chicken curry. Add on of tofu. Was a nice mix. Unsweetened tea was on point. Last time had some good tofu Pho. Server was nice and welcoming as always. <3 "I'll be back"
