Awesome little Mexcian restaurant. The carne asada was well seasoned, and the salsa Verde was very flavorful. The chip were a mix of corn and flour.
Happy accident, we ended here for lunch , went to Chinese buffet nearby , but they were closed. I am so happy. I ordered chicken flautas, and my husband had chicken fajitas. My flautas were outstanding. Some places have very dry chicken , this was moist and had a great flavor. Perfect crisp. Good beans , I liked the chips , especially the flour ones. The table hot sauce had great flavor , it was a little hot for me to just scoop on my chips , but I did put it on my food. My husband did like his fajitas but did not like the homemade corn tortillas , the center was done, but the edges were tough.
Great food, service, and atmosphere! We loved the lemonade, chips, and salsa (beware: the salsa is flavorful and has a kick to it)! I loved the burrito (flavorful w/shredded chicken) with gravy dinner! My husband enjoyed the enchilada dinner, and my daughter enjoyed the tostadas. Their green and red sauces are both tasty and spicy. We will return, and maybe try breakfast too.
Pozole was clean, fresh and Amazing! Our waitress was top notch. I would recommend and return!
Cute little restaurant with a statue of a huge rooster in the parking lot. Friendly service. The chips and salsa were good. I had the cheese enchiladas, and it comes with beans and rice. My husband had the carne asada, and it came with charro beans, guacamole, pico, and rice. We both had the homemade corn tortillas. Food was delicious.

Absolutely perfect! Crispy ground beef tacos and a modelo for around $10! So good! This place definitely satisfied the cravings. Service was quick and friendly.
I love chickens, especially when they are alive and roaming free. However, if we didn't fry their eggs, and cook them too, this planet would be overrun with the little clickers. El Gallo De Jalisco cooks the perfectly, I'd give them five stars, but the fifth star is for exceptional businesses, these folks are as close as they can be to that.
I had the #12 Sample Plate. It was awesome food, great service and clean! This is a place to keep going back to. Family like place. We went here several times very good.
The service was very good and the food was great. I am looking forward to dining there whenever I get back to Corpus.
