I've loved this place since the beginning, but to add to some other reviews, the service has fallen from the days when the owner was behind the counter. There has been a few visits when the employees have seemed pretty apathetic to their customers.

Otherwise, I've had really good food here. I love their onion rings, fries, sandwiches and pizza. I know there's some steep competition with pizza in this town, but if you want delivery, they seem to be the only ones that use ingredients that don't taste like they came out of a freezer (including the cheese). It has a more home made feel, I guess.

The chicken Philly is one of my favorites, and I like that they serve beer for such a small place - which lets me skip the sometimes too busy B&J's.

Googly's has more hits than misses, and it could be such a better place with the proper staff.

Food it's crazy good. The wings are huge, the cheese on the pizza is to die for. Service sucks, just a bunch of DA high school kids. We order for pick up all the time and never have to wait past the time they say it will be ready.

Delicious handmade burgers! Try the spicy fried mushrooms (black pepper in the batter). The Gorgonzola burger was the best I had in Corpus. We ate at restaurant and the service was great. Will definitely go back
