fish and other Seafood very fresh. Really good prices. I had two pieces of fish two shrimp and 2 oysters with a pile of fries and a roll $9 for that plus tax.
The food is awesome. Be prepared to pay though, the prices have gone up since the menu on here was posted. The 6 piece shrimp and fries was 9.00 and the 8 piece shrimp and fries was 11.20.

As we walked up to King’s Seafood, the place was packed! There was a line out the door and very little seating room. This did not stop the customers from lining up to get some of that deliciousness! Gives you a good feeling about the food when business is that busy.
We ordered the flounder plate and it was incredible – a HUGE fillet of flounder served atop waffle fries. That flounder… well, just wow! Perfectly seasoned and lightly breaded, it was SO fresh and cooked perfectly. When you order fried fish, you don’t expect the see a giant fillet of the freshest fish served up like that. Amazing!
We also got the drum – another gorgeous fillet! It was a beautiful contrast to the flounder, which was light and flaky.
The drum was much more dense and meaty. Both were mouth-wateringly perfect. We loved that the breading was light and adhered to the fish, but the thing that stood out the most was the freshness. A great meal and one we will be returning to have again and again!
You should go get yourselves a piece of fried fish, people!

Great fried seafood at a very affordable price! I had the shrimp poboy with waffle fries, hush puppies and a DP. Very tasty. The restaurant is small and doesn't look like much, but the food is delicious.

The oysters were perfectly cooked and full of flavor and the fish was firm, white, and golden fried. I ordered extra tartar and though i did not use it, I'm happy to have the leftovers.the tartar sauce is just one more example of quality..even the lemon wedges were large, fresh, and juicy!
The one added item i would like to see would be cocktail sauce, but the seafood was so great i could have been happy with no sauce whatsoever.

It is a hole in the wall as everyone says. If you're a fan of fried seafood (like we are) you'll love this place. For main dishes only the blackened drum isn't fried:) hot crispy fried shrimp, oysters, stuffed clams, and fish ... Yum!
Best Seafood. We where looking for some good seafood and we found it here at King Seafood . great favor and cheap . this place is great .
All the high praise is warranted. Best shrimp I've had in a long time. Reasonably priced for the amount of food you receive. All fresh, made to order, and worth the wait. We beat the evening rush, and were able to eat in the (small) eat-in restaurant, but I would recommend calling your order in ahead of time. (While we were eating, there was a line at the drive-thru 7 cars deep.)
Amazing seafood and chips!. We went here on our trip to Corpus after reading the reviews on many seafood restaurants. We had their fish, shrimp and oysters and fries. All of the seafood was very fresh, and the batter was a perfect consistency. They battered and fried the seafood to order. While this place is definitely a hole in the wall, the quality of food is one of the best we have had in regards to fried seafood, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and we will be coming back on our next trip to Corpus.
If you're visiting Corpus, this place is a must! Forget the tourist traps on the bay. Get a little courage and venture out into the city. It's not the most white bread part if town, but that makes this place real. Mexican style fried seafood done right! Don't fall for the whole "Cajun" tourist trap thing on the bay. This isn't south Louisiana. It's south Texas. Live a little! Its a small dive, but its clean and fresh. The prices are great, the food is great and the staff is fast and friendly.
The flounder was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I like the waffle fries that come with the plate. Shrimp was also good, and even though it's only drive thru, it didn't take long, and the lady at the window was friendly and helpful. The tea was also perfect and delicious.
My husband and I drove all the way from San Antonio just to get us some of the delicious kings flounder Platters and Shrimp. That is food is so delicious I'm already planning to come back in 2 weeks. This is so worth the trip. Good food and good service I love it.👍
Their tartar sauce is amazing! I always get their flounder platter and it always hits the spot. Their hush puppies are also delicious! It is no wonder this place is always busy.
Best flounder platter ever! The crust is light and has a tiny bit of zing to it...just enough to make it interesting but not overpower the fish. Very consistent.
Awesome as always!! I enjoyed my food which was cooked right & worth every cent 😂. I just really wish King Seafood would re-open, it tends to get EXTREMELY crammed in for others when they are told to park ahead or next to each other!! Lately, they are starting to get orders out a bit quicker. They're still only doing drive-thru. Today, I ordered my usual: Fried King Fish Taco, 6 oysters, & 1 Flounder..the new cashier that wrung up my order was a unfriendly (no smile, greet, nothing)...like sheesh girl get a grip!
This place was recommended and i am glad i listened. I ordered number 22 it had 2 oysters 2 shrimp 2 fish pieces and lightly seasoned fries. It was delicious and worthy of the visit. Super quick, fast, and crispy fried seafood. The fried fish is excellent, the shrimp is super crispy and well seasoned. I have never been disappointed coming here. The only bad thing is it’s obviously not healthy (fried stuff anyway, the cocktails are not too bad) but no one said it was! I love this place, there’s always a line for a plate but it’s well worth the wait.
Today is 11/11/23 being that it’s my very very first time iam so impressed with thier food I ordered shrimp/fries and omg ivan Honestly say it was so so so good thier Tartar sauce it’s to die for loved it I been here in corpus for 22 yrs and it just neverd ever caught my attention but for some reason today I wanted some fried breaded shrimp so I stopped by and I don’t regret it at all I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat good shrimp
Price was more than reasonable. I had the 4 fish & 4 shrimp and only ate half! Wasn't expecting such a healthy serving but everything was delicious! Most def trying again!
Always the best, the hottest, the quickest, the freshest tasting fried seafood. We always do drive-thru, and split the #24 (4 fish/4 shrimp/4oyster) and both my wife and I are satisfied. Delushious!
