I've heard about this place and finally got to check it out... it's awesome! Great food and the people are friendly, funny and just plain wonderful! Definitely frequenting this place!
Nice little place food was tasty. I had an omelette. The presentation wasn't what I am use to but it was very tasty. I'm guessing in German omelette they don't use milk in the eggs to make it fluffy so it came out kinda flat. Nevertheless I would give this place another visit to try there tasty looking deserts.

If you look for a cozy family environment to enjoy nice breakfast and lunch then that is your place nice service and food endless coffee and dessert that could be a delicazy to your mouth enjoy and treat your self like a king.
My partner and I go here for breakfast anytime he has the morning off. We love our waiter John. He's funny and goes out of his way to accomadate us the best he can. It's nice to go in, sit down, and already have our drinks being served. The Belgian waffles and red potatoes are.a staple when we go. They put the syrup in a shot glass and gave blueberries on the waffles. Great clean place and atmosphere. The owner herself is from Germany, and that makes it all the more special.
Great and authentic German food. Their strudels are amazing and huge portions (1 serving is enough to last for almost 2 meals). Some of them are very sweet but there are some less sugary options available.
This is a hidden gem! Not only is it authentic German food, but they make their own sausages and brats in house and have a huge selection of fresh baked breads and pastries. They have great daily specials and large portion sizes. We always leave with to-go bags and some extra baked goods for later.
Great food and service! Staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in! Best baked breafs in town!
There is something for everyone in our house here! Highly recommend their breakfasts, breads, and strudel (of course!)!
My husband and I visited this place; his first time eating real German food, whereas I had lived in Germany before. I had something similar to my favorite German dish and what I had eaten as a child, Jaegerschnitzel and spaetzle. He had the schnitzel and spaetzle. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced. We were both very pleased with the taste of the food as well as the friendly service. The pastries are beyond delicious, and it is definitely a must-eat restaurant here in Corpus!
Friendly staff and amazing food. The menu has a lot of great choices and the lemon cream cheese strudel is amazing! I plan to visit often, and this is a place where I will definitely bring out of town visitors.
JBs/Strudel Mania is my absolute favorite place to eat breakfast and lunch in Corpus Christi. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of sweet and savory strudels. I have never been disappointed with anything on their menu. They have a cozy, authentic vibe. My favorite waitress always throws in a little free foccicia bread to-go because she knows how much I enjoy it. The perfect place to support local business!!
(Ask for a cowboy strudel with a side of sauerkraut and foccicia bread. I promise you'll love it!)
