The food was just great and also the prices...i heard about this place and i live in Pennsylvania...i decided to check t out while in Corpus and i am now hooked and will be returning on my next trip down...their drive thru had a constant line...i just wish the place was bigger...
Convient place to get take out from.. I never tried the place till a friend told me they have great breakfasts there. Since i live less than 2 blocks fro it-I walked to it and ordered two breakfast Taquitos which were more than filling and are some fo the best ive ever had.
The only thing I dint care about the place is the restroom can get pretty dirty--but other than that--nice and cheap place to get you fill at. Highly recommend their breakfasts--but not their beef and cheese enchiladas. Their enchiladas have canned chili on them and that turned my stomach. All this aside--the staff are nice and I WILL continue to get take out breakfast Taquitos from the place.

It was so great, it made my son cry tears of joy. The #26 is a 14" flour tortilla filled with carne guisada, potato, egg, beans, bacon, and cheese. We took a picture of their normal sized taco against The Almighty Chaco's Taco. It is served all day and is a definite favorite for us!
Little shop taco in Corpus Christi that has made a name for itself. The inside of the restaurant was very congested, along with the parking lot. It looked like the staff were a bit short on people because it took nearly 10 minutes before we placed our order.
The flour tortillas are huge, so beware if you are visiting for the first time. The meat to tortilla ratio can vary depending on what taco you order. Not a huge fan of that fact, but that's just how they roll here. After all, it is Texas, as everything is bigger.
Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. I wouldn't call it a gold mine, but one of the better spots to get a cheap bite in the city.

Very friendly service. Got their HUGE Almighty Challenge breakfast taco filled with eggs, carne guisada, potatoes, bacon, and refried beans. Five of us could not eat it all. Very small seating areas as it is a house. With food being good and as full of customers as they are expanding or moving to bigger location would be perfect and add more parking. Would definitely go again.
My family and I ate lunch here on Thursday afternoon. This was the first time for all of us. The service, food, and prices were great! The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, as though visiting a relatives home and being treated like family. We left with our bellies full and smiles on our faces! We will definitely be returning!
It's like walking into your tia's house. Smells like home feels like home, but your auntie wish she cook like this.

I have wanted to eat at this restaurant for years. I finally had an opportunity to visit and man was it worth the wait. The food here is excellent and full of flavor. I had to order the Almighty Chacho Taco which is a sight to see. There is a food challenge if you can eat the taco in 10 minutes the taco is free and you get a free T-shirt. The service is amazing and such a friendly staff. This restaurant should be a staple for anyone who visits Corpus Christi.
