Coffee Waves in Flour Bluff is my favorite place to stop by for a quick coffee or relax with a latte artistically presented in a mug. I've tried a couple of their sandwich selections and have been equally impressed. They have multiple areas for seating. The baristas are friendly. It's nice to recommend and support this local coffee shop.
Love this place! Great atmosphere and space to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or to meet with a client or friend without feeling like your sitting on top of each other like some other coffee shops I have been to.
Cute coffee shop. Lots of comfy seating available. Alternate milks available. My husband had their drip coffee and said it was good. I had their grasshopper frappe with soy milk. It was delicious. The only thing that I would change is to add more mint.
Great place I always enjoy coming here. It's my home work spot so I am here often. Drinks are great I always try something different every time I go. I'm usually there in the evenings and the staff is just so friendly!
I do have one thing I was bummed about. I went on a Saturday morning so as you can expect place was packed and I asked if I could use conference room. Since there was no place for me to sit. I was told I had to pay to sit in there $20 an hour 😅 so I just stood around for a bit to wait for a table to become free. Like I said I come often and in past times I've seen customers go and ask to use the room and we're giving permission right away. So that was unfortunate. But overall great place.
Cool coffee bar. The coffee is definitely good enough for a return visit. The service is even better than the coffee. These baristas care about their craft and their customers. We had -
Americano
Americano spiced
Latte
Would have like to hang out longer and will likely work remotely at some point during this trip. Can’t wait to try the espresso.
3rd visit within the week. Upgraded the review to 5 stars.
I like to stop into this place every once in awhile.
Pros: calming atmosphere with both the decor and music. The products are good here.
Cons: the guy at the counter sold me on cold brew over iced coffee. After I downed a few I told him he was right they did taste better. Heading down the road I felt like I was being followed and started having a panic attack. Turns out caffeine content is much higher in cold brew. Would have been a nice little factoid. Also I don't like how there is no way to say latte without sounding like an uppity American woman living in her bubble.
My favorite coffee shop... super atmosphere and always great coffee. Great place to meet a client or a friend to catch up.
I wanted a change from Starbucks. The cold brew was just amazing. Way better flavor than the bucks. Great lounge atmosphere too.
I stopped by before heading back to San Antonio. The girls were helpful and kind. The inside of the coffee shop is gorgeous and the drinks are so good.. I tried a raspberry white chocolate mocha and a chai latte with coconut. There was a gentleman with 50 cents trying to be complicated to purchase a drink and there was nothing for that price range. He was just rude and the girls answered respectfully. Shop Local. I recommend this place and can't wait to be back soon.
I've been a big fan of coffee waves since it hit. It's clean, they have wifi access, outlets for phones and laptops, great food, great drinks, the staff is usually always friendly and attentive. I'd take it over a Starbucks any day.
Swooped in here after running beach to bay. Iced vanilla latte was so delicious and just what I needed! And they take Google pay!
I was in town for a week and went here 3 different times!!! Super cute coffee shop that has plenty of space and is very well decorated. Each time I went I got a matcha tea latte, so I'm not sure how the coffee is but my matcha lattes were yummy!!!!
