I came in at a pretty busy time on a Saturday evening and with having only 3 front end customer service workers and 1 in the back, they staff did a great job in helping me and others in line as best and as quickly as they could. They were all really nice and polite. I wasn’t sure what topping I wanted and the girl helping me suggested a few things to try. For being short staffed, everyone was still working hard to get the job done as best and efficiently as they could.
Best craft ice cream around. All the flavors are spot on, so creamy, and not too sweet. Lots of fixings to add to your favorite scoop as well. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

Everyone that was there was courteous and open to take orders, even being short-staffed. There was a line but they got it down pretty quickly today (which is not always the case), especially on a weekend ..so KUDOS to you 4 ladies @ Marble Slab Creamery!

I love this place. The staff always friendly and work very hard to provide good service. You can create unlimited flavor combinations. This is one of our favorite places to go for a special family treat. They are short handed on workers so you will need patience, but it is worth the wait every time.
Great ice cream chain and friendly service. They were incredibly busy at 9pm on a Saturday night but the counter service was great and patient with each customer. My favorites are cheesecake ice cream with raspberries and Swiss chocolate with walnuts. I also love their rewards program offered through their app, we got to use my anniversary reward last night!
By far, best home-made ice cream! There is such a wide variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. If there is not a particular flavor in the front of the store, sometimes if the ice cream is ready, they will bring it from the back freezers for me. The owners are always at one of the locations and provide excellent customer service. I have never been to a Marble Slab that not only has so many different toppings, but is so clean and up to date. It looks like this location was recently remodeled. The store looks great and the ice cream is phenomenal!

Peanut Butter ice cream is my favorite here. It is delicious. Workers are very hard working and looking to help customers quickly. The long line for a Saturday went by fast. Great store
