Ninja Ramen

Decent Thai food.. red curry was not spicy enough although we ordered Thai spice but it was flavorful.. chicken fried rice was good and the chicken karaage ramen was ok too.. not to complain much .. mango sticky rice could have been better .. especially the mango was so raw .. overall you can give it a try..

Nice little place to get some good food with fast service. Walked in and was immediately seated and drink order was taken. Edamame was good but not spicy even tho I ordered spicy garlic but it was flavorful just not spicy. I had the Beed Teriyaki Ramen and I was also able to taste the Spicy Kimchi Ramen as it was ordered by my guest and both were absolutely delicious. Both the waiter and the hostess were very attentive and helped each other out by checking in on the guests. The food was out very quickly and everything was great. Nice atmosphere and great service will definitely visit again.

Took my wife here last night. She's a big ramen fan, I'm neither here nor there on high dollar soup but she had been craving some so off we went to Ninja Ramen. We got there around 8:30 on a Friday night, it's in Windchase shopping center which does feel a little creepy in the dark, but once we got inside we saw a bright and well lit restaurant that was about 75% full of people. We were greeted and sat by a hostess/server within a few seconds and our drink orders and appetizers were in in about 3 minutes. This was my first time at Ninja Ramen so their menu was a bit intimidating, many many choices of ramen, appetizers and entrees. Unless you have a specific thing you are coming for, be prepared to spend some serious time studying that menu, it's kind of overwhelming! I went with the namesake Ninja Ramen and my wife got the teriyaki ramen. Our appetizers arrived quickly and were hot and fresh. The food got there within 10 minutes of ordering it though mine was delayed by an extra two minutes for some reason. The food: It's kinda hard for me to judge the quality of the ramen without out any reference point. It was good, if maybe a tiny bit bland. I actually think it may have needed some salt? It was well prepared and the noodles were very good, it's just that the ninja ramen came with a big ole slab of a crispy fries chicken patty in the bowl that took some effort to eat, in fact I had to request a knife to get it down in size. So I wasn't blown away with that particular ramen which leads me to think I will have to go back and try other things on the menu until I find my signature dish. My wife loved her teriyaki ramen so I'm a bit jealous. Don't let my meh experience deter you from Ninja Ramen. While that particular ramen wasn't my thing, the great service and colorful interior space will have me coming back for more, that's for sure. We need more restaurants like this in Corpus Christi, places willing to take a chance that deliver on great service and colorful settings and not common foods. It's worth your time, give it a shot!

The decor inside is cool and the food was very good. I ordered the shrimp lo mein and it was flavorful and filling. It came out fast and it’s not too pricey.
