Went for lunch, this is one of our regular Tex Mex places. Today I ordered one of their specials the "Birria Plate". I had asked the server what it was, she tried to explain it to me, but I didn't really understand, I was about to order something else when she brought me a small sample of it, I immediately changed my mind and ordered it. It was similar to Carne Guisada but instead of the gravy the guisada comes with this was cooked in a very flavorful slightly spicy sauce / pan juice. The meat was super tender and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm going to have to check the regular menu to see if it's on there. I will definitely order it again if its available. This was a wonderful new taste treat for me. As always the chips and salsa were plentiful, the tortillas were warm and fresh, the place was clean and the servers were attentive.
I had a great experience at this Taqueria Jalisco that offers a fantastic Tex-Mex fusion menu. The standout feature here is their generous portions – you definitely won't leave hungry! The combination of traditional Mexican flavors with Tex-Mex elements is a unique twist that sets this place apart. Four stars for their delicious Tex-Mex fusion dishes and satisfying portion sizes.
Menudo small cut meat, good flavor. The French toast plate was delicious. Unsweet tea and a coffee with side ice water went well. Friendly service. This first time visit was great.
Authentic fare. Was wanting more Tex-Mex but it was good! Chips were too thick, but the handmade flour tortillas were to die for! Rice was very flavorful!

Jalisco number four has probably the best table service in Corpus Christi. That being said the food follows the service. Everything I have ordered has been very good. Monday through Friday has a taco special for a dollar and forty-nine cents. Coffee cup will never run out of coffee they watch the tables closely.
They have the nicest drive thru woman and the young man who takes our food out is the sweetest. Never a long wait , I greatly recommend.
We decided to try somewhere new to eat this morning. The food was good, hot, fresh, and tasted delicious.
I got the biscuits and gravy with two eggs and bacon. I asked for white cheese on my eggs, and it came out with yellow cheese. I asked for crispy bacon, and it was almost raw. The biscuits and gravy were delicious!!!
My hubby got the Migas a la Mexicana. He liked his plate a lot.
The service was ok. The waitress needs to improve her listening skills regarding what people are asking for.
This was a good and reliable type of place to eat. Not over the top, but you can definitely count on getting a good solid meal here. I would definitely recommend stopping by.
This was our first time coming here. We went through the drive thru and were pleased to see that even though there was a line, they got everyone through it very quickly. The lady working the window was extremely polite and friendly. We got out food very quickly.
Once home, we took our food out and were so happy to see that along with their prompt, friendly service, the food was delicious. We'll definitely be going back. Thank you, Taqueria Jalisco.
