The original southern sweet tea that doesn't rot your teeth after 3 sips (I don't like it that sweet). The "small" family meal comes with 1 pound of moist brisket and 3 sides! Gotta get it!
Decent food. They have turkeys and pies during the holiday season that you can buy whole. We mostly go to get tea refills in our big yeti cups and to refill our buckets. Good cheap tea. Fried chicken sandwich is good too. Just too bad prices every where are up.
Great good. Fresh and homemade. I was greeted upon arrival. I tried one Carnie Guasada & one Lean Brisket Taco. Ms. Delgado states her business is successful because of her dedicated staff. Lots of seating is available inside. You can order out or they offer catering. I would recommend their location.
We just moved here to Corpus and this was our first time here and IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST ‼️
We was greeted by a friendly employee soon as we walked in because we're didn't know where to order. He was very observant when taking our order.
You can clearly see their work station behind the counter and I instantly noticed how clean everything was!!! Including the dining room.
And not to mention we really must have screamed that it was our first time there, so right before we left the same employee who took our order came to out table and said, " We have extra pumpkin pie would you two like a piece"?
Over the top nice, great service, food was great and FREE PIE 🥧😋🥰

Best chicken strips in town. Was helped by Angelize in the dining line she even brought my food to the table when the fresh strips came out. She was especially helpful with a great smile. This is definitely my to go to Bill Miller's.
Always the best Bar-B-Q, service, friendly, and the cleanest restaurants around. The turkey plate is great.

The customer service was excellent. The young lady on the drive thru was very polite. The gurl that brought my food to my car after I was asked to pull up was nice as well.
Me and my spouse came here to have a evening dinner. We were welcomed and service was really well. Food was great and friendly staff.
I love Bill Miller's! But you have to understand that it's a different kind of BBQ experience. The brisket is cooked offsite and trucked in. However, for a quick and AFFORDABLE brisket sandwich it's a great deal!
Their fried chicken is one of my favorite fried chickens (made fresh).
If I can, I eat their bacon&egg tacos for breakfast. They do spice their scrambled eggs with pepper but I like it.
Pros: breakfasts here are fresh with real ingredients nothing tastes like it's been frozen in a box for a year and brought out a day before expiration. No one seems to know they serve breakfast here so rarely is there a wait. The staff here is friendly and hard working. The tea is almost always good. Cons: restrooms are small.
Although Silverado smoke house has them beat on quality, for the money this place is the best in corpus.
I eat at this restaurant several times a week and will continue to.
