Luby’s never disappoints.
The food was excellent; I had blackened tilapia along with spinach and macaroni and cheese and a piece of jalapeño cornbread. The ladies on the food line were of course friendly and very competent. The gentleman in the dining room was also very friendly and helpful.
Clean dining room. Good food and service. What’s not to like?!
The food was good, my hats are off to the serving crew there was only one girl when I got there at 11:30. She did a great job!!! Could have been a disaster but she had a great attitude.
The food tasted good. We felt so at home by the busser. He was such a nice man.
I've always loved LUBY'S ever since I was 10 years old when my grandmother used to take me to the one at the mall. The fish is always good and that tartar sauce is great! Macaroni mashed potatoes with cream gravy so tasty. The key lime pie is quite the goodness.
Went with a friend to a nearby city with a Luby's and we had all our favorites. She loves liver and onions and I'm partial to the fried fish. Good veggies and fabulous desserts. So glad they were open Easter.

Since I was a kid, I've always loved the fried fish from here. (Of course heavy tartar sauce) Something about the cafeteria style eating is nostalgic to me. I had that along with a side salad, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese with a garlic bread slice of toast. I was hungry, don't judge me 😆.
The food was very good. It was lunch time so I just ordered the soup and salad. The soup was Chicken Tortilla Soup....it was delicious. Even though it was lunch time we went through the line pretty quick. My only complaint was our waitress... she took a long time to come to our table. We had to go get a straw & condiments ourselves before she even came to us. Other than that the food was very good.
Very underrated place to eat. Kids love there chicken strips and mac and cheese. Kids eat free on Saturdays so it isnt a strain on our budget. I luv there chicken fried chicken with brown gravy. Food is serves hot, and quick. Servers are very courteous and always keep my drink full
I had not been to Lubys in years. Had the fried fish fillet. They used to be made from Haddock. Now its Cod. And they are alot smaller in size. Food was good though. The waitress did not come our table until we left. But I still left a tip. The tartar sauce needs dill weed.
If your order online like I did and special request something on the side. They will not know to do that until they actually print out the receipts. So the lady had told me, which I said thats not right. Well food is good but that is something to double check before taking food if you request special order like no gravy or extra something.
