Very friendly staff and overall positive atmosphere. I am on a low carb diet and ordering is always a challenge. This restaurant features low carb options just as prevelant as other food options on the menu. Look for the "Unwich" option for low carb. I ordered "The J.J. Gargantuan Unwich" which was large and tasty! The sandwich was made "freaky fast" as this restaurant claims. One of the sandwich makers spontaneously asked me if I had eaten an Unwich before (which I hadn't), and went on to explain how to eat this sandwich without it falling apart (peel the wrapper down as you eat it, like eating a burrito). Really cool to see employees care about their customers! Men, check out the men's restroom for some comical illustrations on the wall of how people use the restroom (see attached photo)... Very funny!

I ordered dinner for my family to be delivered several hours later. It was delivered on time and they really enjoyed it. The food was very good, the staff is very pleasant and patient, and it's just a good place to hang out with a friend (or your child/ren) when you are dine in.

just simply fast and good. not much else needed. taste a ton better than subway as far as cleanliness, service and food. that other sandwich place is not so fresh IMO. the tuna here @ JJ's is awesome also. been a few times and never disappointed.
