Only thing ordered via App and they didn't give me my receipt thru drive thru do unable to add my receipt for points. I called the store at 3155 So Padre Island drive and no answer unable to leave message so they could provide me the ticket # to add on app for points. Hope someone responds to this.
Very welcoming, AC felt nice during the Texas heat, food was good and customer service was better than other restaurants in the area, would recommend. Love you J-Hope
It's a decent Jack in the box it is close to my work. I like the jumbo jack and tacos here. Can be hard to pull out of though.
Better than the one by Lowe's go here it's a drive but worth it

I saw the fish sandwich advertised on tv and was rolling by the Jack restaurant and pulled in. There was not a lot of cars in the parking lot. I saw the flyer on the window offering fish sandwich, fries and a drink for $4.00. I ordered the combo and got it to eat inside. Everything was good and hot and I am pretty sure they just made everything as I waited. I will return again as this was very good for the price.
I use the drive through every morning for coffee on my way to work. I can't comment on the dining area or restrooms inside but I can say they are always friendly, and when they don't have something (which is out of their control) they profusely apologize. If I have ever had to wait it is because they were short staffed which is a wide range issue for some reason these days.

Went through the drive-thru around 10pm. I didn’t catch her name, but there was an elderly employee with glasses and a ponytail that took our order. She was super sweet and we felt completely at ease around her. The service was quick and the food was hot! I’ll be back next time I want some Jack-in-the-Box!
