Shipley Do-Nuts. These are the best do-nuts in CC! My partner and I wanted a quick breakfast, so stopped by Shipley's. We loved the friendly atmosphere, as well as the aromas here.
First off, we both ordered the Big Earl Sausage and Cheese kolaches with coffee. We then ordered some do-nuts. He picked out a coconut and a cherry. I picked out a chocolate and a strawberry. All were excellent.
I'm 50+ years old & the son of a cop. An I can remember the cops hanging out at Shipley's donuts when I was younger kids. That does not happen anymore since City Council stop the traditional police hang out.
So I was raised up with Shipiey's & Dunkin Donuts. Shipley's are light, fluffy and delicious.
I have been fortunate to live near a Shipley's in Corpus Christi Texas.
I have been known to be at the door before opening@ 5am you just get fresh hot glaze donuts. I would eatto my hearts content & take the rest home for my company if I didn't take them with me.
moral of the story; I'm the son of a cop who will 1 day buy a Shipley's franchise.
I personally don't care for Krispy Kreme.
This donut spot is not as busy as the others. The donuts are just as good. Fast service and friendly. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy the pastry.. Nothing fancy just a perfect spot to get your donut fix in the morning..
This place is popping. I love their donuts. I love the service. I love everything about this place. If only they can make one on every corner of the street that'd be great.

Decent donuts, nothing special. I reckon "service with a smile" does not apply. Oh and I hit a bollard, not your fault, superficial damage, but it illustrates the experience
It was great as always however, again they ran out of chocolate-filled donuts.

Delicious pastries wonderful employees always welcoming people with a smile. Very much careful and sanitary especially now with the virus they maintain the use of face mask well.They represent the name Shipley Donuts well. I highly recommend Shipley Donuts to friends and family.
Only thing I can say was the young man didn't separate my cream filled from my cinnamon rolls. He threw everything in one bag but fortunately it didn't crush them. Aside from that they were good
