I have to say....I'm impressed! This young man running out to go/door dash orders is amazing. They're busy...but he's obviously concerned about customer service and had a great work ethic.

My husband and I came by at about 1 am on the 25th of June. I am pregnant and needed just about everything on the menu. Having said that, I am also a picky eater so I had a lot of specific requests. We ordered through the drive thru and Belinda took our order. She was absolutely amazing. This is my first baby and I’m experiencing extreme hormones and cried for several unrelated and unimportant reasons on the way to the restaurant. Belinda was, kind, patient, understanding, and just absolutely so pleasant. I wish there were more people like her not just in the service industry, but in the world. She shared some advice from her own experience and it was special because I didn’t know how much I really needed to hear what she had to say. Belinda if you see this, thank you for your kindness. I’m a hormonal hungry mess. And you made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. You’re amazing and inspiring and deserve a raise. I will drive passed 3 other open McDonald’s if it meant I got to have my order by her again.

Why does the floor always stink and always seem slippery...I think it's time for a new mop or a better maintenance person...but good food!
The only reason I am leaving a 5-star review is for Adrian on Drive Thru @10/11 pm on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023. This worker is PHENOMENAL. Never have I ever been to a McDonald’s with the line as busy as it was and seen someone with as polite manners and kindness as Adrian. He was going above and beyond to get things through the line correctly. This man needs a raise and some praise! Adrian, if you see this keep up the good work! Also if you ever want to expand your career opportunities we have an interview open for you at Colonial Life!

Good hot food. Pleasant employees. For me, the drive thru service is pretty quick, but I like to go inside when I can. The restaurant is usually very clean.
I went to the McDonald's on River and Alameda customer service is pretty good the accuracy was poor
I stopped late at night I was hungry needed a snack so i bought 2 hot & spicys always good lol
