I think the most recent reviews were harsh. My friend and I came in from out of town and we always go to jersey mikes because she has a gluten intolerance.
The staff was AWESOME. Firstly, the girl taking our order asked if the gluten free bread was an allergy or preference, and when we said allergy, she went the extra mile. They sliced the meat and cheese in the back, and thoroughly sanitized the boards where they assembled the sandwiches. They even changed gloves between handling. I was really happy with all of the care they provided to make sure my friend was safe with her meal.
Food is always great but staff always seems a little scatter brained even if not busy. 1 time they forgot a sandwich, 1 time we were the first to order but last out of 4 to pay.
Absolutely love the sandwiches always go for a #17 for my son and I. Great management, great staff, great environment!!! Also appreciate that the restrooms smell really good!!! Keep up the good work!
Staff was super friendly and very om point for being busy they handle it well.
I’ve eaten at this location many times and it’s always a positive experience. I like the Tuna Sandwich, Mike’s Way. Everyone is very friendly. Most of the time, I use their app to place my order and then I pick it up curbside which is all really convenient. Occasionally their site isn’t working to place my order, which is frustrating. Today happened to be one of those days so I ended up having to go Inside to order.
Always love JM's subs. However when you pay a premium price for a sub, and request parm bread only to be told your only choice is white or rosemary on a Tuesday night .....

I am editing my review because the owner contacted and took care of the situation below. I hope to eat there again in the future and be as satisfied as I have with other Jersey Mike's. I will rewrite a review once I have ate here again. Thank you for contacting me.
Went to Jersey Mike's a couple of weeks ago at 830 pm and they close at 9 pm. There was someone getting a sandwich before and one came in also after me. First they asked me how many sub and then proceeded to say the had one half sandwich on white and then two loaves of wheat. I was ordering two sandwiches like the medium size they have. I got the turkey sandwich with bacon on and it and the other one was like a cold cut. I can't remember the number sorry. Well first they were annoyed because i walked in, second I needed double meat on the cold cut one. They asked if I wanted may and mustard and I said yes to both. As the boy out mustard on I said mayo too like 3 times don't get any even though they asked and I asked fo it. Plus no bacon on it. Very disappointed.
We shared the #4 Mike's Way on a regular size rosemary parmesan bread. It was very tasty. The guy taking the order and starting the sandwich was very welcoming. He continued the conversation with me even when I was paying out with a different employee. Good employees definitely make a place better!
Staff was friendly and helpful even though they were steadily busy. Great sandwich with generous portions of meat and toppings. Highly recommend!

Visited Saturday September 19th. Absolutely amazing sandwich as always. The only problem I had was with a manager named rose. She was very unprofessional with her staff.She would not let them work comfortably instead She was breathing down their necks making the employees look nervous. When I walked in the store no one was in there but they working on a big call order. So they let me know they would be right with me. I had no problem waiting because everyone is always so nice amd friendly plus the food is phenomenal. But when She walked in everyone's energy seemed to go down. Her workers just put their head down amd looked discourage. She also was talking about another employ being slow to another employee with tattoos. As a business owner myself I would never talk about an employee out loud where my customers hear. Very unprofessional and tacky. Then She announced loudly that she was going out back to smoke. That's gross and no-one wants to hear that from someone who is ordering food. So although I will continue to visit I just hope I do not have to see this unpleasant lady again. She really needs to be retrained about her behaviors as a manager. But everyone else did great! Erica is the young lady who helped me out and as always she was awesome. The gentleman in charge of putting veggies and the young lady on grill were also wonderful! Good job everyone
