Store is very clean. Love the menu board, it takes a minute to get your order even through drive-thru 'cause they make each sandwich individually. You can taste the difference it was Wonderful!
Let me start out by saying that I typically do not leave reviews for huge chains.
However, I have never had such a positive customer service experience, from the initial visit with the manager, to the phone calls with the owner, all the way to the quality of the product we received, I can tell that these people genuinely care about what they're doing.
My organization had an event this past Friday, we ordered 100 sandwich boxes, we had initially given a time we needed delivery by, but the day of the event I added more sandwiches and every response I received was "not a problem sir" "we got you sir" "we'll take care of it sir". And still delivered on time! Professional and dedicated to their customer's needs.
20 out of 10 would recommend! Will be using you again for future events, I appreciate you.

Like the new location. They are still getting the kinks out of the drive thru touch menu, but that is on i.t. programming. The employees are helpful and are willing to work hard to get exactly what is wanted.
Not a big fan of the automated ordering board. Out of the three times I've been there, only one time my sub was not as I ordered but it was still very delicious. You still get to talk with someone when you pay for and pick up your sub but it's just not the same as ordering it with a human
First of all Troy what makes you think in your right mind to go to Subway when they are about to close no one likes abnoxious people like that imagine if that was you these young teenagers have to put up with a lot and especially ignorant customers like you I have never had a problem with this Subway they are great.
This is my favorite subway. Working in the same shopping center and having to get quick meals and good service. This is the place to go. The staff is always super nice and work at a steady pace that doesn't get out of hand especially when they are short handed. I would recommend this Subway over many others I've been to in this city.
