Other fast food joints should send their employees here to learn how to properly run a place. Nearly every kid here seems to be on board, and helping do their job. The food is great, but I'm always more impressed when I see young people working with ethnic. We'll definitely be coming back.
This TacoTime is awesome! An item was accidentally left off my order and they felt Terrible about it when I called to let them know. They gave me the missing item and a customer appreciation card to make it up to me. I really appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction!!
Rolled up chicken burrito is fried perfect but the inside is a bit mushy. Great flavors but not enough burrito to charge $5 each. I bought 3 and enjoyed the deep fried flavors.
Every time we come here, we've had a good experience. It does seem to be a little on the spendy side for fast food, but I'll happily pay a little more for decent service. The people here have always been professional and even personable. Back when COVID did not have the in-house dining closed, the inside was always clean, and we even had one of the employees offer to clear away our empty containers once after we had finished, but before we actually got up to leave. Also, the ingredients seem like they are definitely fresher than typical fast food.
This is definitely the best Taco Time, and probably one of the best fast food places in general that I've ever been to. I probably come here about a couple times a month- whenever I'm craving a taco salad! My order is always correct, and the drive thru is super speedy. They even have dog treats when I bring my little one! (Through the drive thru that is. People, please do not bring your dog into places with food unless they're an ACTUAL service dog!)
